      We are basically forced to use Express Scripts for our maintenance meds. Im very concerned because they sent me meds Im no longer on in a bottle marked with a different medication name. One time making this type of mistake is too many, if I didnt have the habit of looking up the number in my pills to make sure its the right one I might have taken this and doubled up on meds which Im this situation could have been life threatening!!

      Express scripts is responsible for DELIVERY of scripts which means they are responsible for their selection of contractors to do that delivery. On their first try exp scpts used the ***** **** read the numerical address but didn't bother to deliver to the correct street. Round two exp scpts used ***** who proceeded to shred the plastic pkg, stuff some of the scripts back in the bag and deliver same. Round three Exp Scpt again used *****, who delivered three of the four plastic pkgs correctly, then not only shredded the fourth pkg, but lost the contents. Exp Scpts is responsible for their subcontractors, but Exp Scpts increasingly didn't want to take that responsibility. Three separate calls to Exp Scpts for the last script resulted in two clerks who couldn't comprehend that ***** shredded plastic packaging, and another clerk who promised a replacement would be sent, but apparently lied. Asking for a Supervisor (7/1/22) that can comprehend Exp Scpts responsibility for their subcontractors last resulted in that Supervisor hanging up on the complaintant.

      Company should change the name to ******* since they only care about the dollars. I suffer from internal eye bleeding and rely on a particular medicine to treat this. EVERY month there is either or delay in delivery or no delivery at all. I go round and round with customer service agents who are polite but not helpful. My insurance provider will only allow me to use this company even after I explained to them about frequent problems in the past. My doctor's ****** gave up on trying to have issues resolved with ******* and wish there was a way that they could use someone else. Just another example of big American companies forgetting about the small people who made them successful and rich.

      Honestly, I wouldn't even give this company one star. They are difficult to work with. Getting a prior authorization and working between them and the doctor's ****** is laughable. I even tried to fill out a "complaint" on their site, only to have it error out. I still can't reach the site, "something went wrong" after I submitted the complaint. Trying to get my husband the medication he NEEDS is almost impossible through them... And getting it mailed to your house on time? Yeah right, it'll be late this month. If they actually did what they promised, it would be a fantastic company. But they don't, so they aren't.

      Here we go again. I get a call, would you like your medication refilled? It's due. Of course I would. Do you have enough for 3 days? Yes, yes I do. Would next Tuesday delivery be ok? Of course it would. Tuesday... nothing...Weds...nothing...Thursday...nothing...Friday...nothing.... same exact problem I have had with this company over and over and over again, yet I have no choice but to use them with the employer policy from New Jersey Transit.I could call and complain, waste hours of my life - again - while management tries to "figure out what went wrong" with my assistance, but no. I don't work for Accredo and I've wasted enough time with this incompetent company that I am literally held medically hostage to. It's Sunday, the meds are 5 days overdue, and it hasn't even shipped yet. They created a label, but it's not shipped and I don't have it. This is a total service failure that if you're reading this, expect to have with your medication and if you need your medication in a timely manner, be warned and go elsewhere.... if you can.

      Wish I also could give them no stars. My dr called in my Rybelsus 3mg for diabetics and they put on my order that there was a drug interaction. Scared me as I had been taking it from another local pharmacy for 2 months. When I finally talk to Pharmacist at Express Scripts she said it wasnt really a drug interaction with the rest of my meds but they just wrote that because they want my dr to up my mg. I told her dr said I was doing so good on 3 mg and my lifestyle changes that didnt need a larger dose. She was kinda hateful and said they were not going to give me 3 mg and I could cancel my order. Well, I canceled my order. Also taking the rest of my business also.

      They don't accept prescription discount programs because they would rather people go for generics. My drug doesn't have a generic. I'm just going to go to a different pharmacy. Instead of making a little money, they'll make none.Also, America's medical program that they are a part of is a giant scam. There are already death panels. They're just in private board rooms instead of public political offices.

      My daughter is 10 days overdue for taking her medication. She is in increasing pain every day goes by. Each day I call there is a new internal error why Accredo can not send my daughters medicine (such as entering a number in the wrong field). It then takes 3 days for the "system" to update the error. I am promised that it will be sent overnight every single day. Every day it is not because someone blames another processing error. We are stuck as our insurer will only work with them as a specialty pharmacy. CVS never had us wait more than 10 days past her needing to take the medicine.

      I have used 2 other specialty pharmacies to receive my medication for RA without any issues. I have been using Accredo since April 1, 2022 and have had nothing but problems. This past week I have been on the phone with them 3 times trying to get refrigerated medicine replaced that had gone bad because it was delayed in shipping. Each time they tell me it will be sent out to me asap. I have gone one week without my necessary medication and my RA is flaring. Everyone I speak to seems incompetent. I am currently waiting for another call back from them to schedule a delivery. How can a company function this way when people rely on them for their health and well being ?
