    I purchased an HVAC unit this year. The furnace is not hooked up or working. I have paid them in full. I call and they continue to hang up on me.

    Any installs that we did over late Spring/and throughout the summer, we offer a free follow up inspection prior to using the furnace.  So letters went out to all new install customers asking them to call to schedule their free furnace start up.  This particular customer called on 10/7/2022 to schedule her free start up but was screaming so loudly about why we had to perform this service that it was almost impossible to assist her.  We finally were able to inform her that we could accommodate her free start up on Saturday October 8, 2022. (the very next day after she called)  This did not seem to satisfy her but hopefully the technician can further explain the process that the free start up is just an extra service to make sure her furnace performs properly.  We are sincerely hoping that our technician can go over everything with her to satisfy her frustration.

    We did accommodate this customer today instead of tomorrow.  We did find that the gas valve needed to be turned to the on position which we were happy to do for her.
