Above and Beyond Incredible Service!I cant say enough good things about **** Inman. I called for help after my thermostat stopped working, and it turned out I had accidentally rewired it incorrectly. **** didnt just rush me off or push for an expensive service call he took the time, while he was literally driving, to patiently walk me through the entire process over the phone.He explained everything clearly and kindly, and thanks to him, I was able to fix the issue myself at home completely free. That level of honesty, expertise, and generosity is so rare these days. I will absolutely be calling **** for any future HVAC or electrical needs, and Im recommending him to all my friends and family. Truly top-tier service!

I had my furnace and A/C replaced today by **** Inman LLC. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with company. All work was completed as requested and on time with no mess remaining. The two company installers (******* and *******) were professional and efficient in their installation efforts and worked well together. All old equipment was removed and clean up was perfect.l will be a customer forever due to this excellent performance and price.Bart Inman Air Conditioning & Heat

My ******************************************************************** early April. I called Inman Air and **** was out the following morning with an estimate of what he recommended and why. A few days later ***** and ****** were here and had my new system installed, up and running 4 1/2 hours later. Fast and professional! The whole team was fantastic. From ****, to ********, to *****(what a patient lady), to ***** and ******, friendly professionals all. I scheduled an appointment between 8 a.m. and *************************************************** at 6:56 a.m. and said that he could be at my house by 7:30 a.m. I told him that this was too early. He said that he would arrive after 12 noon. By 1 p.m. I had not heard from him, so I called the company and cancelled the appointment. We apologize that our timing did not work out for you. Many times, due to volume, our technicians start early in the morning in order to accommodate our customers. If 7:30 was too early for you, ************** would have changed his route to run other calls and circle back around to you. Sometimes it can be difficult to say an exact time that he'd be back by your home but he was planning to come back and he would have called you again with a 30 minute notice call that he was coming back by. Made an appointment 10 days ago clearly discussing I am just barely outside their standard coverage area. The lady said it will be ok.They cancelled this morning, The Day Of The Appointment. Reason: out of coverage area.Business must be good.Bart Inman Air Conditioning & Heat

**, we are truly sorry to hear about this situation. Our zip code areas can get very confusing due to various license requirements of each municipality/county. We have many established licenses but to be somewhat cost effective we carry licenses in areas that we frequent more than others. i called a few companies and they would not show up for an estimate. i called inman and he showed up, gave an estimate, offered financing which was great so i agreed to the estimate. they had it installed the second day after the estimate both the a/c and furnace. the installation guys were awesome, quick and knowledgeable. absolutely a great experience. everything **** said he would do was on point. everything was perfect from beginning to end. I had two estimates to replace my furnace after my regular guy said a heat exchanger was cracked and I'd need a new furnace. Guy #2 said replace. Quoted me $5k-$10k depending on how much I wanted to replace. Never got an estimate from regular guy. I called Inman, and **** came to check it out. He tested it and said I didn't need a new system it probably just needed to be cleaned (had a wasp nest in the vent pipe). I was floored by his honesty, didn't try to sell me a thing.
