Absolutely great people to work with. They help so many veterans, their spouses’ and surviving spouses. It’s great to have a company that will take all the stress away and help so many be able to receive the extra help they need to be able to remain living home safely, independently and happily. How do we file a complaint. Vet assist is depositing a check into my mother's account, then deducting for services that are not being provided. They keep telling us that they are looking for an agency. Only once did they find an agency and that aide only came 4 times, in the past 4 months. We are still waiting for an aide. My mother was approved for 14 hours a week, that we are not getting.Veterans Home Care LLC

We were very sorry to learn about the situation with your mother's care. We made getting this situation corrected a top priority. We reached out and met with both you and your sister to ensure we were able to create a plan for ***** care. All of the funding was held in a credit that belongs to Mom for her home care needs. We were glad that you made us aware of your concerns, and we were able to work out a solution we could all agree was in ***** best interest moving forward. 5 starsVeterans Home Care/Vet Assist has improved the quality of life and quality of relationship that my great-grandmother, who is 98 and I, who am 27 get to have. From the very first phone call they have been extremely transparent, friendly and above all - willing to help. This program and organization existing in the first place is amazing, and for it to be so effective at helping veterans and their surviving spouses remain at home and enjoy the life they want for the years they have left is incredible. 5 starsVeterans Home Care has been an absolute godsend. With their help and guidance, dad has been able to stay in his home! They constantly monitor his situation to allocate funds correctly. Even call to thank him for his service! Do you know how nice that is to hear? Not calling to ask for something, but to say thank you (i.e.: you matter).During the pandemic, dad gained a surplus of uncharged Homecare hours. Using a new program, Veterans Home Care worked with him to use that surplus to help dad fill in those medical needs he was missing, like a security pole for the shower and a standing recliner. Were also supplied with a pair of nurses who, every 2 weeks, ensure his pill organizer is filled and to take vitals. They made the process of obtaining a ***************** who provides a pair of healthcare assistants for dad, a seamless one. Being 2 states away, it was very difficult to be sure dad was getting everything he needed. Veterans Home Care eliminated ALL that stress! I cant give them enough stars!
