The *** did no planning for me whatsoever. I told him quite a few times that I would like to retire early. I was over 60, I said I would like to retire soon. Instead of answer like lets sit down and discuss, he said let me know when. Well, duh. Ive been telling you when for YEARS. When I found an actual planner, I went to liquidate my account and move it to the new company. A week and a half later, the money still hadnt been moved. When I asked why, he said he flagged the account for possible elder abuse. That was total bs. It took a phone call with a higher up from Wells, the new planner and attorney sharing one line, and me to force them to move my money.

I was hit with fraudulent charges and they denied them without showing me any physical proof. I guess the price of eggs are making the banks steal from us too.

They make it a hassle to pay toward the principle of a auto ******** can't do it online or at a branch. You have to call them. They try to make you give up so they can get that interest.

I had called ********************************* Fargo looking for options to hold some cash in money market. They transferred me to financial advisor at the branch who said they have good interest rates. Allured by the rate I agreed. He immediately had me e-sign transaction to bring funds over. Then I realized that this was a fully managed account from ********************. The advisor doesnot seem to explain their advisory fees.. He said no fees are attached. When I called the ***** number to understand fees associated with the account they clarified that this is a fully serviced account and they donot have any access to this account and only the advisor can discuss fees. Then somebody called me from their corporate office to help resolve my complaint that no fees were discussed with me. He said there were yearly fees, cancellation fees, fees if the broker makes the trade order for me, etc . None of this was transparent and explained to me at the time of opening account and transferring funds. My funds sat liquid in the account and because I didnt have trading privileges and only the broker can access the account I was deprived of interest for liquid funds while the broker was on vacation and not reachable. When I realized there were so many fees attached including yearly fees and closing fees and trading fees I immediately moved my fees back to ********. Wells Fargo very notoriously and skillfully deducted $125 from my account and refused to refund me my money. If they were transparent enough with their policy I would not transferred my money to their bank. If I knew they would have let my money sit in the account while I kept calling and emailing the advisor I would not have transferred my money into their institution. Please beware the Wells Fargo Advisors are a scam. They donot discuss upfront their charges and fees and then deduct from your principal amount like they are entitled to the money for closing the account after client realizes they were cheated into it.

Then she told him she's not speaking with him anymore. What?! Wells Fargo is a garbage bank with garbage customer service.

My deceased husband had a pension with Wells Fargo Retirement. When I applied to receive it as his spouse it has been continuous changes in the amount due me. I have been told anywhere from $80 to $173 a month. It has changed about three times. I was told on the phone this week it was $173. I was called today to tell me it was $86. The amount in either case wouldn’t fill a grocery cart. My complaint is the fluctuations. It feels like a scam.

My God I dont know where to start. This institution is criminal, incompetent, rude, about as unhelpful as can be and there is no end in site. My father passed away and left me his *** and it has been a nightmare. They told me I filled out the paperwork incorrectly about 6 times but they dont tell me what I did wrong. So then I have to call them, together a new person, give them the account number, explain the situation again to someone who doesnt speak English, print and motorize the forms only for them to come up with another excuse. Today the excuse was I need to call tomorrow because their tools are broken. I was supposed to have the money last Friday but I still dont have it. Its a joke. If anyone wants to file a class action lawsuit with me please post email me at tlbruzzeseatyahoo.com
