      Not only did the lawyer I hired never once show for court but then lied to not only but judge and her own company.... Now the company refuses to answer any of my emails or calls and continues to try and charge me interest.... The lawyer should be disbarred but I need to go the ** bar assoc in order for this to happen... I even showed up at her office and she refused to see me and had her thug of a secretary threaten me in order for me ti leave ....

      How did their response give a good faith response they are ripping people off. And getting away with it because they say its attorney client privilege thats bs.. maybe if I got any type of response from their client care personnel it would be different but my calls were unanswered and returned and not a single one of my emails was responded to

      I find it funny that even after 20 plus emails and 100 plus calls to not only the lawyer in this matter but client care as well Ive yet to get a single word back from anyone at this law firm. I have also filed a complaint with the ****************** due to her bold face lies and deceit in what she said and what she attempted to charge me for

      We hired this law firm to help with the adoption of our 5 grandchildren we are trying to adopt, we hired the law firm in May. Since then we are on lawyer number 5. This law firm has done nothing but charge us ridiculous amounts of money. Finally end of November we got a lawyer that went to court and got some things handled. After court the lawyer resigned! Its getting to the point we are just getting charged for things they havent done! This law firm is ridiculous and has been no help!

      Law firm insisted on trust for payment and charged excessively with no actual progress. Drained over ***** dollars without filing anything with the courts. After being terminated for the excessive billing and lack of progress they continued draining the account without a statement being sent and even tried refilling the trust not once but twice. Luckily I had severed the auto fill on the trust but they made sure to take everything they could and instead of returning what was left drained over 400 dollars post firing.

      I hired ***** last month to represent me in a guardianship case. I should have kept my original attorney but i went with ***** because I was told the firm had a strong reputation. He has now charged me more than my previous attorney and she attended two hearings and subpoenaed all the records. When I initially retained *****, he stated that he estimated it would cost between $5-7k to resolve. ***** showed up to the first hearing with none of the records that were provided to him (that my previous attorney subpoena and I provided to him) and did not act prepared to represent me. He had been previously provided with documents that would have been useful at the hearing but did not appear at the hearing with any of the documents. I sent him several emails last week regarding a settlement on this case and to date no response. I guess I am looking for a new attorney. He charged me over $8k to show up at one hearing and did not even have the supporting documents that were provided to him. In a month, I have been charged $12k. They are great about billing (and not even sure what they are billing for but they have excessive charging practices and keep calling to demand more money yet they have done nothing). I am not impressed and feel like this attorney has not represented my best interest. I informed him what I wanted in the settlement and he proposed something completely different to the opposing party and acted like I was just supposed to accept it. When I told him I would not accept this, he has not returned any emails and/or phone calls.

      I have spent thousands of dollars with stange law firm in witchata ******. I have had 3 different attorneys and now this new one ***************************. Failed to file.court documents and appear in court. She will.not return calls or messages

      My complaint is against *********************** of Stange Law Firm for providing substandard legal representation and advice, which led to significant financial loss for myself and adverse effects on the other party involved. I hired *********************** on 3/25/24 to advise and represent me in obtaining a public administrator for guardianship of my adult son. Unfortunately, ****************** demonstrated a concerning lack of competence and understanding of the legal issues involved. As a result of these issues, I was guided down a path that was ineffective. Unfortunately, I did not know I was receiving deficient legal representation until May 2024 when I asked her to file a motion to withdraw therefore I did not dispute the charges (for what I now know were incompetent legal fees) within 30 days as written in Stange's contract. However, ******************/Stange also did not fulfill the contract requirements. ****************** provided incorrect legal advice and her lack of knowledge and skill in my case was evident. Due to ********************** ineffective representation, I have incurred thousands of dollars in legal fees with no positive result or progress in my case which caused both me and my son (for whom I was seeking guardianship) substantial financial and emotional distress. In total Stange charged me (including retainer fee) $10,434.37. I agreed to pay $1,912. Stange returned my retainer fee and refunded a disputed court appearance fee totaling $2,632. This leaves $5,890.37 I want refunded. I attempted to address these issues directly with the customer care team at ********************** by submitting details about my fee disputes via email/online messaging but no satisfactory resolution was achieved. I was told a partner would review and get back with me, but only the disputed court appearance mentioned previously in this message was addressed. I seek a refund of $5,890.37 for the financial losses incurred due to the poor legal representation and advice provided.

      This Law Firm should not allow government or any other company to sell their products to the highest bidder for the benefit of their shareholders or their employees or the government or their shareholders in the process of making decisions about their business or property. This is not in the scope of their contract or the nature of their law firm and they have no obligation for any other entity in this case. Stealing money from clients to make them feel better about themselves is not the right approach for them to make money from the government or their own money to the public sector. They should have the same access to public services as their own citizens do and they can make money off the taxpayers to make more profit from the public services that are more efficient than private services like healthcare and education and health services like health care for all citizens should have the freedom of choice to make. They should be free from government subsidies to corporations and the government to pay their own taxes and not to be forced into debt for their selfish benefit to their constituents. Not in the scope or preview of law as they market themselves. This is not legal to be in business with or enforcing on your clients

      I hired Stange Law Firm for a divorce in September of 2021, putting a $5000 deposit down. They were more interested in charging me, rather than working the divorce case. Come ********, I fired them and hired **** and *****. I asked Stange to not contact me anymore after that. I never recived my deposit back, and I successfully recieved a chargeback dispute with **************** against Stange Law Firm. The dispute granted me back $1532 out of $10,000+ in total charges from Stange. Stange has never returned my deposit and contacts me about owing them money. If I call them, they will just try and charge me. I need help with having them go away.

      I hired ******************************* to be my attorney on 5/19/23 for a family law case. I paid a retainer fee of 3600 dollars on this day. After this day ******* became extremely hard to get a hold of. I had to go in the office in person 3 times to make sure our paperwork was correct and it was as if we had just met for the first time. After we finally had it set in stone what we wanted our case paperwork to look like I had a original court date 7/31/23 which I took time off to attend. I got on the zoom call and told by judge ***** that we did not have court that day. Finally later that day ******* emailed stating the court could not hear the matter. After two weeks with no response I went to ******** office and was told she had personal problems going on and was terribly sorry about not responding. Finally on 8/14/23 received email stating court was set 8/22/23 3pm. ******* failed to turn in proper paperwork for court house and there was no hearing date. So on 8/22/23 court was rescheduled for 9/11/23 on this day I personally called the court house clerk and was told I was not on the docket for that day. I had to personally call due to the fact ******* would not respond to my emails or phone calls. Later on this day she finally emails stating that the office has covid and we will reschedule. 9/19/23 sets court date for 9/26/23 which finally ends up being successful on this day court was set to 10/24/23. On 10/9/23 I get child support paperwork in the mail and I had to ask ******* for assistance as to whether I needed to fill it out or not and she failed to respond for a week. In that time I had to call numerous times. 10/24/23 court was supposed to be this day after calling and emailing to verify this was still a good day with no answer I joined the zoom call for court where I was told by judge ***** that once more I was not on the docket for the day. I have much more information but now they want me to pay a additional 4800 for their services and continue to charge interes.

      do not trust them , they are a bunch of thieves , got a pre nub the lawyer said it the quickest one that he has very done and should cost more than 1600$-1800$ , after 5 days of the they sent me an invoice for 2600$ i tired calling for days but they keep saying someone will call you back then , then i get an email that the lawyer i was working with quit or got fired ,i paid the 2600$ because no one called me back , that happened in September and every since then i was not able to get InTouch with anyone , now 9 months later they sent me another invoice for 700$ on top of the 2600$ saying yeah that's for more fake stuff , do not trust Stange family with anything , so they overcharged me 1000$ and saw that i paid it so now they want me to pay more and every time i ask him what are the charges for she says when idk that's between you and the lawyer who doesn't even work their no more
