      The attorney that i was working with was excellent as she kept in communication with me frequently and ensured that my case was moving along and doing everything we can to fight it. However, like a lot of other reviews on here that reference not getting the retainer back, i too was duped. I have supporting docs and emails but for the sake of them coming after me i wont post those. Nevertheless, they took my $2100 retainer and every time i was billed i paid the bill in full within the next day or two. I would follow up with my attorney to ensure that i was current (paid up) so that i would be receiving my retainer back. The case concluded on 5/22 and i waited until mid July to start calling and could never get in touch with anyone after leaving countless voicemails. Finally someone called me back this week to let me know that i wouldn't be getting my retainer back. I have all the invoices in my email and asked for an email address so that i could send in what i had so that we could get this figured out. They said i let the $2100 in the trust account drain but i told them that would be impossible considering the fact that I've paid everything billed to me and in a timely fashion so therefore they should of never taken the money out of the trust account. I told the director of client care that from what i have it looks like the money was taken out at the conclusion of the case when it shouldn't have been. she said "i understand" and refused to give me an email address and ended the call. Truly unprofessional. I guess they needed the money more than i did. I wont be working with them again.

      Horrible representation.I had a very difficult to win case I wasnt expecting to win my case . However the attorney who I paid nearly $40,000.00 to represent me was very lazy , unprepared, barely even asked any questions at the trial. Allowed the other attorney to badger me . As if I was a criminal instead of grandmother fighting to at least get to see my grandchild . My first grandchild My dead sons 1 and only child . Attorney told me I didnt need a character witness . Didnt know if one of my most important potential witnesses couldve have attended by video whose job is it to know that . This child was abandoned by her own mother who has her substance abuse problem . Her rights were terminated.My son tried to be a father but Jasper ************************* prefers to tear families apart . They claim to want to break the cycle but put a child with a women who has history of substance abuse and history as of abandoning her kids when they need her the most and has report on child abuse and neglect portal . My son didnt bring his child into ****** care he didnt lose he rights he died before he could be United with his child he worked at unification for over a year trying to prove himself to be a father to his child he wanted me to raise his child if he couldnt .At the pretrial Prep consultation the attorney said she was going to do all this stuff ask all these questions she lied she barely asked any questions and didnt push on any issues . I guess she didnt want me to see my granddaughter. Conveniently I couldnt present any evidence conveniently she could not confirm what was in the CAN report . She went basically silent during the trial . Its like she forgot all the questions she was going to ask.Do not hire this place do not waste your money ! They dont care !Seemed nice up front of course but very deceiving . The only thing they are proficient at is collecting every dime they can take !

      I was scammed and tricked to start the process of paternity for my child. They prolonged the case and switch out to different attorneys 4 times. After paying 13k and keep a retainer of ****. They withdrew from my case and walked away with almost 15k. They kept asking for money. They put a Guardian ad litem on the case requiring more money. It was all a scam for funds. I would not recommend this firm to save anyone. They lie to you to get the case started. They will never tell you an upfront cost.

      Failed on multiple levels.The sheer incompetence of this firm was astounding.Failed to file documents over billed, billed for no work and they STILL lost a simple case.
