    I have been receiving non-stop robo calls from this company about vaccine clinical trials over the last few weeks including today. I do not remember ever asking them to contact me about such nor do I ever remember dealing with them prior to the calls. I have been screening my calls and blocking phone numbers every time it occurs, but they persist. I do not know if it is a scam pretending to be from this company or just how they operate, but it is truly annoying.

    I did a clinical trial through this organization and I was to receive a $25 gift card. I did receive a gift card but there was no money on it. I tried reaching out to the company and all I get is a recording.

    To whom it may concern,

    This is regarding response to complain ID ********. Subject was seen at our research site on 19-AUG-2022 and consented to a study trial. Participant signed to be compensated for participating. Participant was informed compensation card comes in the mail and can take a few weeks to be processed. Once received participant is to notify our business to then add the compensation to the card. On 09-SEP-2022 participant informed business that the card was received, the specific staff member that they were contacting was out of the office from 09-12 SEP and participant was leaving voice messages during that time. On 13-SEP-2022 funds, in the form of $25, were added to participant’s card. On 14-SEP-2022 participant confirmed the funds were loaded and added and they had no other questions or concerns.
