    Very unprofessional company to work for. There are so many things (unethical) going on there. They have a girl who's not a nurse don't IV's in patients, disconnecting the IV and flushing it. This is a HUGE NoNo! This will all be reported to the sponsor.

    If I could leave a minus starI would. I signed up for their obesity trial study in April. They called and interviewed me and deemed me eligible, gave me an appointment for August 8th 2023 at 8 am. Upon my arrival today I was told that no one was on their schedule today, so I showed the receptionist my email confirming my appointment; she proceeds to go to the back to talk with her coworker who then comes to ask me a series of questions and tells me I am NOT eligible after I was extensively interviewed over the phone, told I was eligible and given appointment. The reason given my ineligibility according to receptionist is because I never had a heart attack nor stroke, they never said those were part of the elegibility criteria. Then she proceeds to tell me that this part of the study closed on Friday, but I've had this appointment since April, they scheduled it so far out on their own accord not to accomadate me, the also sent me 2 appointment reminders one on August 3rd and one on Sunday August 6th so how is it that the study closed on Friday?? Aside from the fact that no one ever called nor sent an email informing me that study closed, they wasted my time going there for no reason. They are unprofessional and it seems to me it was a racial issue why they did not want to serve me. Anyone considering their studies STAY AWAY!! Especially if you are a minority. I never seen such unprofessionalism in my life!!!

    If I could leave a minus star review I would. So I signed up for their obesity trial at ***************************************************. I was called early this year, interviewed over the phone and told I qualified and given an appointment for 8/8/2023 because it was the earliest appointment they had avsilable. So I patiently waited 6 months. I arrive today only to be told by receptionist, "we don't have anyone on our schedule today". I proceed to show her the email THEY sent me with my appointment information, she then went to speak with her coworker, who then comes to question me about heart issues, which again I had already been interviewed by phone; she then tells me that due to my never having had a stroke nor heart attack I don't qualify, that is not what I was told over the phone had I not qualified why would they give me an appointment? Then she tells me their study closed on Friday so I was 4 days late. Not my fault they gave me an appointment so far out and even if it did close, why didn't anyone call me to let me know so I wouldn't waste my time attending a non-existing appointment? They struck me as racist and very non-professional. Then they ask if I had gout when I said yes they asked me if I wanted to participate in that study, nothing to do with obesity, of course I said no and left. So this is just a warning this company is bogus, and the staff at **************** ******** are racist and not an ounce of profesionalism STAY AWAY!!
