    We had not dealt with a loan officer or a bank process in over 20 years, and as we went through the process we had more and more questions. *** was just great, and he got better and better for us as the process continued. *** was always kind and patient and responsive with detailed and clear answers and guidance. We even made a change at the last minute and *** supported us and was patient and helpful and we were still able to get everything done on time - and closed before the end of the month.
