    These 5 star reviews must be authored by family and friends
    of the employees. I have had nothing but trouble with this company. I
    was sold a great refinancing promise that turned out to be all hot air.
    After 3-4 weeks of delays I moved to another financing company. They
    offered a better rate and can close now but Top Flite is stating that
    the appraisal I paid for will cost me $175 to transfer to the new
    company. To make the experience more painful they will only accept the
    $$ by check and by mail. So I wait for the US Mail, then I wait for
    their internal accounting department to process my check, then I wait
    for the appraisal to transfer. So A loan I can close on in 2 days will
    be delayed 10-14 more days. Offer better customer service and you will
    not loose people to a competitor. No not penalize me and hold up an
    appraisal I paid for.
