    Damaged and missing personal property (furniture) I paid this company to move from the state of ** to the state of MI. Damage in the amount of $9,000 to my furniture and other items that were never delivered to my MI home. Contacted the company at the time of delivery and spoke to a manager and was told to file a claim. Filed the claim, set pictures of the damage and have not heard a word from this company. Received an e-mail from the claims **** (no traceable name) that told me to retain an attorney, he's not going to pay. Would like this company to pay for the damages they caused to my furniture and to warn the general public to avoid this company at all costs.

    Horrible experience with this mover. Damaged my furniture and now cant reach them to get a claim status. Broke a chair, put a hole in my king ********* scratched and dented some pieces.

    This company was hired through a moving brokerage company to move my items from NC to TX in June 2023. The company provided poor communication during the moving process and continued to change arrival date without explanation. A complaint was filed before delivery and when the items were delivered, over $2000 worth of damage was reported. I submitted the appropriate claims forms, was told to expect a reimbursement check but after TWO months of back and forth with the claims department, I was informed they would not be issuing reimbursement. An employee of the company reached out to me and encouraged me to file a complaint, stating the owner was running a scam and was not going to reimburse me for the damage.

    This company, along with ***** *** **********, scammed my mother out of $38000.
    My mother needed to move from Gold Canyon, AZ to Franklin, IN. On May 22, she made an agreement with ***** *** ********** for $12200 to move her things on June 13-14. On June 13th (the day she was supposed to be moved) she was contacted by We the Best Movers (she was unaware that ***** *** was not the company moving her things) letting her know they could not get there until June 15th. She informed them that was the day she was handing the keys to the new owners and flying to Indiana. They told her it wouldn't be a problem, they would take care of her. When the mover showed up he claimed she had a lot more items than they expected. They were given an itemized list of her items prior to this. It is their fault for not being properly prepared, yet they blamed this on mom. After a phone call to headquarters, mom was informed it would take another truck/2 drivers, an additional day and an additional $32106.24 due as a cashier's check upon delivery (At this point she had already paid $6559 to ***** ***) She's now standing in a home she no longer owns and is in tears because she has to get her things out.
    Because the company was late, the new home owners locked up the house and did not allow them to get all of mom's things. Also, many items were damaged during delivery. We filed a claim for lost and damaged items to which they refused to pay - any of it.
    I inquired recently about the claim to which they responded with 2 emails which say "call a lawyer write bbb he's not going to pay he's a scam!!!" "WRITE BBB HE'S NOT GOING TO PAY HE'S A SCAM AND GET A LAWYER Better Business Bureau get him shut down"
    We are willing to pay what was agreed upon. The agreement was for $12200. Ahead of time, she paid $6559. She owed them $5641, not $32106.24

    I contacted them about moving my apartment from ****** to ******* and they came and told me I could pay with a credit card at over **** dollars for the move and I agreed.  They came a few days later to pick up my items and the owner, **** called and yelled at me while they were packing up my things and he told me they would meet me in ******* They didn't respond to me for an entire week. A week later they responded and told me not call them again and to only contact them by email. They told me they would take my things from ****** and bring it to ******* but instead they took it to a storage facility in ******** **.  They had my property for a month. He never responded  to any of my texts but finally they told me 24hrs before they were on their way, on a day that was out of town.  At that time  then they told me they would not deliver it until I agreed to pay the increased amount.  I told them to take it out of my deposit and they said that the **** deposit did not count for any payment. He also at that time increased the price from what was originally stated because he said then he increased the price because all of my things were more in cubit length than he originally thought.  He also demanded to be paid in cash or check or they would not drop my items off even though he assured me I could pay by credit card initially.   He confirmed they can only do cash or money order so I had to have someone else give it to him in order to get my things delivered. After I inspected everything, I noticed a few things were damaged and I know they are responsible because nothing was damaged when I packed everything and wrapped all of my items up. I also noticed they had included extra empty boxes stuffed with paper which was the reason he charged me more than our initial agreement, they had Increased the cubit feet themselves.  I want everyone to  know what type of company this is.

    We moved from ******** to ******* we used a broker they hired We the best movers of ******** ********. They were to arrive at our home in ******** at 11:00am they did not arrive till 1:30pm we called with no answer this was **** 30,2023 They arrived in the contract they would disassemble and reassemble all except washer and dryer no problem. They ran out of moving blankets had to wait 2 1/2 to receive more from ********* finally got things packed in truck. They told us they would be at our new home July 1 or 2,2023.On July second we called and called no answer we continued to call daily finally our call was answered said they would be there July 6,2023 . On July 5th we received a call that they were leaving,but they could not fit a rocking chair on the truck after repacking it. The owner agreed to pay us ***** for it we agreed. When they arrived on July 6,2023 they started to unpacking the truck there only 3 guys two were hired of ******** locally.They were not being careful with our stuff just throwing it in our new house. We had to move a lot of the truck by ourselves. The did not assemble anything dumped a left thing were broke and damaged and we had to assemble everything.We called to speak the owner he apologized for the damages and the missing chair he said he would take care of it and reimburse us. Today is August 5,2023 he has not called nor returned any of our messages. He ignores our calls.We paid a lot of money and feel we are owed some compensation for the damage work not being done according to contract. In addition they tied our mattress to the back of the truck and they got wet during the drive.We feel they broke their contract and we are owed. They all so kept one of our outdoor rocking chairs saying they would reimburse us. The owner all so agreed to take of all now will not answer our call or return our all.We had to buy replacement things that where damaged.

    Hired moving company through broker (Metro ************** Services LLC). Original est $2966.13. Paid $1196 to "lock in" tarriff rate. Mover put everything in truck on 7/17/23 then said new estimate was $4196, less the $1196 we already paid. This is over the 110% legally allowed for new estimates.Moving company began screening my calls so I reported to MOAG who cantacted them 8/4/23. Received a VERY ANGRY call from a "*****" who told me I had ******************************************************************* an address. He called back a few minutes later and politely explained he would have my stuff to me between 2-4 pm 8/5/23 and asked for my address, which I gave. Shortly thereafter, 1 fraudulent charge for an Apple product and 1 Zelle payment to a *********************** in **********, ** (the city where the broker is located) were taken from my husband's bank acct. Bank acct is now frozen. Moving company never had our card info as they requested a cashier's check, which we STILL HAVE. Address was changed so the only way the broker could have gotten the new info to USE the card again would be for the mover to tell them. They are clearly working together.Before the move, I received a call from an ******************* *************) who identified himself as the manager of We The Best Movers LLC. That's how I came to know the following information on him and his family:******************* was part of a lawsuit in '22 for pulling the same scam under different company name:************************************************************************************************************************** ****************************** Jun 5 Move date on or around 6/26 Referred to Metro ************** ******************************** Jun 5 Truck availability Update Your Inventory ******************************** Jun 7 Payment notice- $1196 **************** Jun 8 Docusign Verification *************************** Jun 21 Your Moving Estimate ******* I gave new move date and inventory.     We The Best Movers LLC picked up my house hold goods on May 27, 2023 at 4:00pm. I paid them $1300 dollars in cash as requested. Today is July 17, 2023 and I still do not have my bed, bedding, clothes or any other household items needed for daily living. **** called me on Saturday July 15, 2023, stating they would deliver on Sunday July 16, 2023 between the hours of 2-4. Have the cash of 1700 that was the balance due. I waited all day then at 6pm I texted and asked Where are you. Was told he would call the driver and find out and call me right back. I never heard from him. Today is Monday July 17, 2023 nearly 60days from pick up. I am going to call the police stating Fraud and stealing by deceit. Their business in Phoenix AZ has an F BBB rating

    This business has a main employee named Alec, they know he was the individual that called me. The owner stated we will punish him. As far as emails, they never sent any. When I confronted the owner about that issue, he stated they had the wrong email. I explained to him when you send an incorrect email address, the email bounces back to the sender and alerts him.

    Because you contacted this business, they delivered my goods yesterday. One man did the entire move by himself and was extremely professional. I tipped him 100.00 because he worked so hard, it was near 100 degrees, and also nothing was broken.

    I would absolutely never recommend this company.
