  Where to begin with this review... My experience with Metro regarding the move of my 800 square foot, two-bedroom home was nothing short of a nightmare.Initially, I spoke with ******, who seemed supportive and assured me of his ability to assist with the move. He painted a picture of a seamless process at a great price, convincing me to put down a $900 deposit. Despite my insistence on paying in full upfront, ****** advised against it, recommending a pay-as-you-go approach.On the day of the scheduled pick-up, I received a call from someone claiming to be the dispatcher, who was shockingly rude and informed me that the movers were not coming. The following day, I heard nothing from the dispatcher, ******, or anyone else from the company, despite them already having my deposit.Two days later, I finally received a call from *****, or whoever she claimed to be, providing me with a specific time for the arrival of the drivers. However, the deadline came and went without any sign of them. Another dispatcher called to apologize for the delay, promising a discounted rate for my troubles. Yet again, promises fell flat.Eventually, a driver called to say they were ready, only to be contradicted by a manager claiming their truck was full and accusing me of having more items than initially noted. This was an outright lie, as I had photographic evidence of the nearly empty truck and storage unit.After refusing to be swindled into paying extra, the owner called to assure me that I wouldn't be charged and arranged to pick up the storage. This marked the last contact I had with the driver or anyone from the company, as they promptly blocked me.Now, I find myself forced to involve my lawyer to retrieve my belongings and seek compensation for loss of wages, pain, and suffering. It's clear that Metro operates as a shell for scamming unsuspecting customers. My advice: steer clear of this company at all costs.

  Do not ever use this company as your movers!!! Their name should be "We are the worst movers!! "I had them move some boxes and some furniture from *******, ******** to **************. Upon pick up of furniture after loading on truck they change the price twice (increased the price). They wanted me to sign the second increased. I refused to sign the document. Of course, they were not pleased. The company retaliated by not communicating me about my delivery date. They continued to change the date and would not let me know time or day of delivery until the last minute. I finally, received my items. However, I just went to the storage unit and realized they had torn up many of the boxes that had been packed. Many items broken. A lot of the boxes were completely opened exposing the contents. I am not sure what is what.I did not select this company I went through a brokerage firm.Please don't subject yourself to this kind of torture.Stay away from the" We are worst movers, LLC."

  This company honestly deserves 0 stars for their moving service. This "business" has poor customer service, shifty business practices, and ridiculous fees in addition to basically holding your items hostage in exchange for upcharging their original prices. I should have changed my mind when they showed up a day late and never called in advance. They were not organized and expected me to print my own invoice, when I didn't even have a printer. The manager was rude and not helpful when I called about my concerns. The contract I signed made it seem like my items would be delivered in **** days however it was 13 when I finally did get them. The fine print says they can have your items for up to 31 days before it's considered a theft. Then they wanted double the agreed upon fee upon delivery. They expected it to be paid before even unloading the truck. They move your items along with others, sharing a truck that all parties have paid for. Many of the boxes were smashed and some items were broken. They even unloaded 3 boxes of someone else's stuff that I had them put back on their truck. It is in you and your wallets best interest to not do any business with this company. Whether you hire them or a brokerage service chose them for you, do yourself a favor and stay far away!To clarify, I did not even choose this company myself. a brokerage service called Safe *********** services brokered them out for me. I did not realize that I was paying them over a thousand dollars and all they did was call another company to ship my items. They don't have their own fleet. I will also be leaving a review about them, as they were not any help either when I called them to discuss my concerns.
