  These guys were great. They were on-time, friendly, professional, and definitely knew what they were doing. My husband and I were nervous about moving all of our things from San Francisco to New York City, but the crew made sure all our belongings arrived on-time and in great condition. CA-NY Express were really fast too - they had our things to our new apartment in 8 days, which was 3x as fast as any moving company.

  All of these positive reviews must be fake. This company is a moving broker that provides no service of their own, and simply gouges customers as a middle-man for other movers. They make promises of 7-9 day delivery, tell you the truck will be loaded and delivered directly to your destination, and then they'll store your boxes in an unconditioned storage unit for a month without giving you any updates. I don't believe I'll ever see my things again.... Please save yourself the pain of working with this company - don't do it.

  Hello ***** We apologize for the situation ,and all this happens because of a miscommunication from the Moving Broker to our *************** .the Delivery windows from West to the East is 7 to 21 Business days.What was promise you by the Moving Brokerage was not communicated to our office properly ,we find out after the pick up and we did all for you to receive it between the 21 Business days.We sincerely apologize to you and your family for the delay but at the end you receive them with the 21 Business days and all items was in good conditions.

  Do not use this company, they have zero customer service, they damaged our goods, charged extra for the move and are now no-where to be found to stand behind their service and process a claim. No wonder they have an F rating from the BBB and are not accredited. Unfortunately, a broker used them to ship my goods so I had no say in the process. Shame that companies like this are even in business

  Hello Sir,First let me apologize on behalf of our company of what happen with your items.Your move was under estimated by the Moving Broker and when our ******* got to your house they found out the actual items that was quoted by the Moving Broker does not match with the actual items at your house.They provided you with onsite revised estimate ,that revised estimate by the laws mean that the original quote by the Broker was no longer valid.When the items increased the price increased as ******** then agreed to that price prior to the move starting ,that why you see the amount of payment changed ************ World Class Moving&Storage did everything by the book and protected all your items with Moving Pads and on the fragile we even put cart board to protect the edge of the Dresser and the Mirror.We contracted the Delivery to another Carrier who then damaged your items along the transit by Transferring them from the Moving Trailer we loaded them to another Trailer without informing us that when all the damage occur .We tried numerous times to get them to send you the Claim form but they refused and since then we stopped giving them load .We sincerely apologize to you and your family and if there another way to make this up please call our office and we will be happy to assist you.

  Do not use the company. We should have guessed we were going to have problems when the movers showed up with no moving supplies, just a truck. They kept my 90 year old mom's possession in a storage locker for a couple of months. When we ask about when we would get them moved, they mentioned there were some forms I should have filled out, but never bothered to tell me, or send us the forms. When I did finally sign for forms to move the items, they delivered only half the load. It was only after I was forced to pay the balance of the contract fee in cash did the movers open the truck doors to unload the stuff. And only when we found there were items missing and alerted the movers that I learned the rest of the load was still in *******. They said they would move the rest of her possessions on the next truck out. I contacted them a number of times after that to find out when the move would take place. They promised they would deliver the other half when the truck returned to ****** from *****. After a few weeks and a few calls, I was told they were not going to deliver the rest of the move. I would have to come out and pay the storage company to get them out of storage and move them myself. I ended up contracting with a reputable moving company. When we finally received the rest of my Mom's possessions, many things still remained missing, including some paintings, Native American art pieces and rugs, all worth a lot of money. And when I sent in a complaint about the company, and its parent company "On Time Moving" located in *******, to the Better Business Bureau, I was told they refused to return the BBB's call. Beware of these companies. We have not recovered the stolen items.
