I ordered parts and supplies for next day delivery. The website stated if ordered within six hours I would get items next day May 27. Later today in afternoon I received email that items will not be delivered on May 30. This is not the first time this has happened with Autozone, this is false advertisement to get customers to purchase items.

On 5/9/23. I went to the local Autozone in STL to purchase a brake caliber I paid 57.99 plus a 25 core charge. I returned same day because the caliber didnt fit. ***** the cashier stated I must’ve provided wrong car info. The other cashier advised ***** there are 2 diff options for my car model . They didn’t have the larger one in stock at that location, so I agreed to be refunded the caliber with the core charge and I will pay and pickup the correct caliber at the location that had it in stock. So ***** processed the refund for the initial order and advised me the new caliber is slightly higher so I would have to pay the difference. I said understood, but I have my old caliber so can you help with removing the core charge for the new order. ***** said yes and told me I owed 27.42. I paid and left. I happen to look at my receipt and saw I was charged the core charge again. I called the AZ before heading back to discuss why was I charged and I returned my old caliber . ***** was very argumentative stating she didn’t charge me and they don’t owe me any money back. I tried to explain to her that the refund was done wrong . She continued to yell and disagree. I requested a manager, ***** I was told her name I was . Well she wasn’t helpful at all because she provided me with 4 different answers . Then ultimately blamed it on auto zone’s system, and said she couldn’t help me . I asked for corporate number to have this resolved since they can’t understand the discrepancy she pointed to the rewards number on the receipt and said they can help you and walked away. I left AZ thinking that maybe ***** pocketed the core charge trade in. As a regular AZ customer this is my first time returning the old part to be refunded the core charge. How many customers are charged a core charge and never bring back the old piece. Employees have access to the system to manually add the core charge trade in discount. I am currently awaiting a call from the District Manager Derek.

I was sold a ( Supposedly ) reman transmission from this company through AutoZone with a warranty for parts and labor. A total of 2 transmissions were provided due to them being nonfunctioning when received. Both transmissions had to be removed and sent back over the 5 months of waiting. The mechanic and the Chevy dealer agreed that ******* had to have been chemically cleaning these transmissions before shipping them. both the dealer and mechanic were curious how this company was getting parts to rebuild these transmissions when no one else has been able to for months. now this company is trying to say that these other companies were the ones chemically cleaning a transmission that was supposed to be ready to install when received. this same mechanic has installed a junk yard transmission since that is still working at this time. further indicating the problem was on the ******* / AutoZone side,

I ordered a fuel injector from Autozone on December 28 2022 for same day delivery. The order number is *********** and it cost $74.71. I got an automated message from Autozone saying it was delivered, but there was no tracking number which I found odd. I then received a message from customer support that it wasn’t delivered but I can pick one up from my local store or get a refund. I requested the refund and have yet to receive. They keep guaranteeing that I will receive it in 24-48 hours and that lie has been told for 3 weeks now.

On Saturday January 7th at 9:30am I visited Autozone on Hwy 60 E in ******** ********. I was greeted but the manager. He asked me what I was working on and I told him that I am working on a 5.4 3V F-150. He said that my truck is a total shitbox. He said this several times about my truck. This truck was my grandfathers that just passed away and has been in the family since new. It was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. Not only did he call my vehicle a shitbox, he said that autozone *****, Autozone IT *****, the technology at the store ***** and no one should shop there. There was a lot of profanity in this tirade about Autozone corporate.I reviewed my receipt for his name under warranty information, he put random information. My name isnt right, my address isnt right, the vehicle isnt even right basically the warranty is worthless from Autozone now.I want to be contacted by corporate.

I spoke with *********************** about his complaint.
He mentioned that while visiting the store the manager on duty was very rude and used foul language throughout the time he was there.  ****** stated he thought the Zoners name was ***** and that he thought his name badge said ****. Manager.
As stated in the complaint ****** says the manager was disrespectful in the way he spoke about his truck calling it a Fu&^$shitbox.  ****** also mentioned that the Zoner was very negative about Autozone and using vulgar language to express his discontent with the company.  At one point the manager referred to the other Zoner on duty as a ****** because he couldnt get the computer to work.
In reference to the transaction receipt not having the correct warranty information I informed ****** that I could get that corrected.  He has sent me a screenshot of the receipt.  I have let ****** know that when the transaction was completed there would be no charge and he would be credited due to the experience he had at the store.

I assured ****** this in not the way Autozone conducts business and the issues would be addressed immediately.

****** was very appreciative for the timely response and will continue to do business with Autozone.

I purchased brakes for my vehicle. When I received my bank statement, they charged me over $700 and the parts were only $400. They offered a $75 for a coil exchange. I haven't receive the $75 yet. It's been three weeks. I contacted them and they told me it takes a little while for the money to come back on my card.

I went to the Auto Zone located in **** Missiouri to purchase ******* ******* engine treatment. There was a sign in the window that advertised the treatment being on sale for buy one get one free. When I went to check out, I was told the sale did not start until the next day, which I argued the fact that they should not be advertising it , if they could not honor it. The man I was talking to was very rude and disrespectful. The female worker was kind and understanding. I think they would have honored the sales price if I would have been a male.
