    Ordered a case of wine through Drink Dispatch order # ***** for $293.55 on Feb 27, 2023. Have not received it as of Dec 4, 2023. I've called and emailed them numerous times. They will not return my calls or emails. I want a refund.

    On 11/3/2022 I ordered 6 bottles of 2017 L'Aventure Optimus om DrinkDispatch.com (order #*****). To this date, this wine has not been delivered to me despite repeat emails and phone calls to the business. The website is now down and the business is looking like it's out of business?I have enclosed a copy of the order. The reason why I have not filed a complaint earlier is that it's not uncommon for wines to be delivered months after they were ordered. What triggered it is the website shutting down.

    I made an online purchase of a case of wine from Drink Dispatch and the payment of 171.54 was processed on August 14, 2023.

    The wine was represented as "in stock" for shipping received a confirmation email, BUT the product was never sent by Drink Dispatch.

    I have emailed the company multiple follow ups for a tracking number/status update, but no one has replied. (Screenshot of 2 follow ups below).

    I have tried calling their 2 published telephone numbers for this business, but NEITHER works.

    Please help me recover this payment and prevent this business from taking advantage of other trusting customers.

    They have a long list of complaints against them and should not be permitted to take orders in your state.

    I bought wine July 19th with product supposed to be delivered within 5 days. Still haven't received product and cannot get a hold of business to get money back

    Ordered case of ** ******* totaling $174.01 and paid for through ****** 7/12/2023. Order acknowledged and ****** account charged. 7/13/2023 Received update on shipping email which said "held due to weather". Have received NO OTHER CORRESPONDENCE REGARDING THIS ORDER. I have left voice messages and emails asking for order cancellation and credit to my account. No response was received. Order ID 40612.

    ****** contacted me last week to tell me that they have received a refund from the business. I am considering this issue closed. However, the business NEVER CONTACTED ME DIRECTLY in any way so I would still say this business is not fit to take and ship orders to customers.

    I placed an order and I paid for it and I never received the order. This is the second time this is happened to me with this company. The first time was back in March and once I contacted you, I then received my order. I think it is ridiculous that I have to do this in order to receive my order. The company refuses to communicate whatsoever by email or by phone.

    Weeks ago I made an order. Money was taken immediately but I never received my order or a shipping confirmation. I’ve seen this company is awful about completing orders. Had I known before I wouldn’t use this company. I suggest no one use Drink Dispatch. Very unreliable and impossible to contact. Weeks of emails and phones calls to no avail. I would like my money back at this point.

    I am writing this message regarding DrinkDispatch

    On 10/13/2020, I signed up for DrinkDispatch's Grand Cru Club. The terms of the Grand Cru Club are: I pay $20 monthly to be part of this club. The monthly $20 membership fee is immediately returned to me as $20 of in-bar credit or $20 of online credit to be used at *****************. For online purchases, I also get a 10% discount.

    For several years, it was great. However, starting last year, my orders were not frequently fulfilled or canceled due to inventory issues. I have been trying to use up my Grand Cru credits, (at this point, I have accrued $280). However, my orders were again not fulfilled and canceled due to inventory issues. Finally, on 6/29/2023, I requested the membership cancelation and refund of the amount of my Grand Cru credits, since the merchant could not fulfill my orders to use up my Grand Cru credits. On July/10/2023, **** from DrinkDispatch responded: "I will get that taken care of today." It has been more than a week. I still have not gotten a confirmation of my Grand Cru membership cancelation and refund of $280 ($20 monthly for 14 months). DrinkDispatch does not even answer phone calls and email responses are highly unreliable.

    To resolve this issue, I would appreciate your help me getting my $280 back. I have enclosed copies of my emails with DrinkDispatch. Please contact me if you have any questions or need additional information. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

    I placed an online order on 6/25/2023 for 4 bottles of wine. My credit card has been charged but I have received no delivery. I have called the business several times and left messages and I have written several emails. I have received no response from the company. I want a full refund for my $94.91.

    Dear ****** ordered wine from this site (Drink Dispatch) on the 24th of May, 2023 and have not recieved my order.
