  we signed up for service in April 2025. We were not happy with the service and requested the service be cancelled on June 9, 2025. We called and left voice-mails as we could not get anyone to answer the phone. After multiple phone calls, we finally reached human being who said that a "manager" had to approve the service cancellation. What!? And, of course, there was no manger in the office. We called again and again and eventually reached more humans who also said they could not cancel the service and there was not manager available to approve our request. And eventually they said a manger was reviewing, but no name given. We also began e-mailing the request for cancellation on June 9, 2025 requesting our service be cancelled. We sent multiple e-mails I received a response and it said they were reviewing our request to cancel our service. Reviewing our request!? Then another individual e-mailed me (nearly one month later!!) to request why we wanted to cancel our service. I shared I want it cancelled and no more charges. Of course, then crickets again. They are clearly stalling to try to force us to continue service and continue paying for a service we began requesting be cancelled on June 9, 2025. I HIGHLY recommend this company be avoided at all costs, lest you get stuck in this same circle of nonsense. I have NEVER previously experienced such difficulty cancelling any service. Shame on them. How is this company still in business with such business practices as this?

  After noticing some unusual dust near a window sill, we sought professional confirmation to ensure there was no termite activity. (Turns out the "dust" was from a kid who visisted our house and sought to dig their fingers into our hundred year old window sill, causing small pieces of wood to accumulate on the sill.) A technician from Titan recently visited our property to investigate a potential termite issue, and we encountered a highly concerning experience. Upon arrival, the technician immediately claimed that we had a severe termite infestation. He conducted a brief inspection of the exterior and asserted that termites were present all around the house, estimating that remediation would cost several thousand dollars. When asked to show evidence of the termites, the technician dug into the soil and produced a grub, incorrectly identifying it as a termite. It's important to note that termites in ******** do not expose themselves to sunlight, as they build and remain within tunnels. We had no visible tunnels in or around the property. Given that termites die if they leave these tunnels, the technicians claims were highly suspect. Fortunately, we were aware of these facts and sought second opinions from other reputable companies, all of which confirmed that there were no termites present. This incident raises serious concerns about the integrity of Titans business practices, and we feel it is important for others to be aware of this deceptive behavior.

  This person called our company in June of this year to get an estimate for termites. We went out for the estimate and ended up not sending a quote. We have not heard from this person since June until they left a review on ****** earlier this month and tried to leave a complaint with the BBB. We did not quote work for this person or do any work for them. They called us for a problem they were having, from the review they left on our ****** page they got that problem solve with another company. We are unsure why now in October they are leaving reviews.

  Highly recommend them. They have really worked to "de-mole" our lawn. We have had other services over the years but Titan has really cleaned up the mole problem, and they check frequently to see if more needs to be done. Workers are always very pleasant and friendly. They respond quickly if I call with new sightings of mole activity.
