How insulting has this become for loyal customers? I have purchased ********************** for my puppies as well as adults on and off for more than 20 years. Quality will diminish and I switch to something else but then return to try again. Prices continue to rise while the quantity and quality diminishes. The bags of the sensitive stomach I purchase for the supposed limited ingredients are 1/3 dust and the remaining "food" is broken pieces. Little crumbs that can't be fed. To salvage anything you'd have to use a colander and sift the entire bag. Pitiful! The contents look to be floor sweepings or debris from the manufacturing process. Well, when one says "I wouldn't feed that to a dog" they'd be describing the contents of this formula of food. This is the third one I've received like this just recently. I am just disgusted with Purina now. I'm ashamed that I defended their products while thousands said their products made their pets sick. Well, I am now sick. Sick to my stomach that I have wasted so much money and thrown out so much "food" that looks like refuse swept off the floor. What are they doing? Repackaging returned and expired product? Throwing all crumbling's, dust and debris from all varieties together as well? Sure looks like it.

I had 2 Pekingese, ****** 14 1/2 and ***** 13. Theyre so finicky so I finally found something that they loved, Purina Beneful Small Breed Wet Dog Food Variety Pack, IncrediBites **** - 3 oz. Cans They started eating it October 2024 and ***** started having light seizures that same month and then ****** started having seizures January 11th at 8pm! He had 8 seizures, the last one at 4:30am on Monday, the 13th. He died 30 minutes later suffering a horrible death! He never came back from this one! Before ****** had his seizures, he got a horrible hacking cough, so beware this dog food! Id read on ****** before feeding them this food, and I saw where people were asking about this dog food causing seizures and I shouldve listened to them but I didnt! Im so mad at myself because ****** was older and blind, but otherwise, was in great health and I feel like I killed him because he trusted me and I fed him this poisonous food??Im just praying that ***** doesnt doesnt die too!

I bought expired purina one food that was full of maggots . I called customer service and a supervisor called ***** said that i had to go all the way back to the store to get a return. I believe the least that should be done for the negligence is send me the money back. This is seriously ridiculous. I can't believe such a big company can have such terrible customer service

I opened a bag of Purina Dog **** Beef flavor to find white on some of the pieces and blackish bugs and looks like little white worms. I was very disappointed because this is a 44 pound bag that was going to last for a while

Purina Fancy Feast Rewards is NOT what it seems. I have ***** cats at any one time & work 2 feral colonies. I spend $1,000-$2,000 a month on cat ************** not including vet bills. Almost all food purchases are Purina products. I have been very proud to be a Purina customer. I used to call to get coupons before the rewards program but now I can "earn" coupons. I turn in my points so I can get a small discount on my cat food. God knows, I need it. I turned in my points for Fancy Feast coupons only to learn they aren't coupons I can use at a retail store. They are electronic coupons I have to use ONLY at the My Purina store. In order to save $1, I would have to sign up for "auto delivery." I don't want auto delivery in case I have to pay for an emergency vet visit. A 30-pack package of Fancy Feast is $29.99 with auto delivery and you can use your $5 coupon. If you don't want auto delivery (me), then your package is $32.99 and you can use the $5 coupon. Even after the coupon in this instance, it costs more than a 30-pack at ******* with NO coupon $25.78. So essentially the coupons are worthless. I don't want to spend more. That is the purpose of the coupon and the effort of saving & uploading receipts isn't it? Money is tight. I need flexibility. I called Purina customer service to see if they could fix the issue. The representative sent me one $5 coupon in the mail. Would it have killed him to give me equivalent coupons to points? Apparently so. Would it break Purina? I will turn in the rest of my ****** points for dry Cat **** where I think I can still get a hard coupon, which is beneficial to me. I am one person, not a 501c3, so I don't get many breaks. The Fancy Feast electronic coupons are worthless, don't waste your time and effort unless you enjoy paying more or like the "idea" of a coupon and don't care if it really has value.

They kept my husband at their facility for delivery for over 25 hours. This was his last load before coming home. When he called they said the freezer was full and they arent doing anything. Refusing to load truckers. Horrible company. Advising everyone I can to not buy Purina or Nestle if possible.

2nd complaint: communication is about impossible. No email address provided. After waiting on phone for 15 minutes I hung up and noted other reviewers waited an atrocious time.1st complaint: Found two rock hard lumps of melded kibble about the size of a large red grape in their dry cat food within a week. Have read that grapes can be fatal to cats as they choke on them. My 8 year old female domestic short hair cat could certainly have choked on these. I have been feeding dry kibble to my cats for over 40 years and this has never happened before. The cat food was Purina ONE Tender Selects Blend with real Chicken which expires in 10 months, December ****. The lot number was **** **** **** L09-82. I wanted to bring this to Purina attention but couldnt.
