      Ive been buying fancy feast for 10 years. I have been treating the same cats for 10 years with this food. I have noticed over the last eight months to a year. My cats are getting more sick losing control of their bladder and theres green mold in their cat bowls shortly after they eat this. The cans when opened dont look right,it looks dried up and it does not look right. Something is not right here and somebody really needs to look into it because cats are getting sick.

      Not buying Purina again. We spent $19.99 on the 6 lb bag of Purina Pro Plan for Puppies (dry food) and when we came home we poured the food from the original bag into a air tight food container. The puppy has been experiencing gastrointestinal issues which we did not attribute to the food until I went to feed her this evening. When I poured the food into the bowl, there were live worms mixed in with the food. Not sure how long they have been there. DO NOT BUY PURINA/NESTLE FOOD FOR YOUR ANIMALS. Upon conducting research, I've found similar complaints both in human and animal food dating back to 2014. This demonstrated the company is aware and chooses to ignore unsound packaging practices, making humans and animals sick.

Quality and safety come first at Purina and we take reports of this nature seriously.       This is the second bag of Purina One Tender Selects Blend Salmon variety that I've had to return to ******** because it's making my cats vomit. Been eating it for years. No more. They had Iams today with no problems whatsoever. It's such a shame that Purina had to hire incompetent chemists and factory workers. That's who I blame for this. They are the ones who overdose cats on vitamin D and other supplements carelessly added in excessive quantities. I know the game.

      Two days ago I bought a (12 tubs) box of Fancy Feast Petites pate' collection. All 4 dual packs of the Braised Chicken Entree were visibly rotten and smelled nauseatingly spoiled. The expiration date is April 2024. I do not feel safe serving my cats anything else - Alaskan salmon and ocean white fish & tuna - from the box.
      The product would have made my cats sick if they ate it, but the smell was so noxious, they wouldn't go near it.
      Please be aware of the condition of the manufacturing of your pet foods. I have never had problems like this before, but I hesitate purchasing anything from Purina in the future.
      Your package says you are listening, yet when I called, the recording said, "call back later ".
      How can we get a refund for the purchase of this faulty, costly
      product? And how do you plan to prevent poor and dangerous packaging in the future?

      I purchased Purina ONE Wet Cat Food Variety Pack (24) 3 oz. Cans from ******. The package came crushed the wet cat food was leaking out of the a box which was placed in another box. The food item was rotten and spilled all over the manufacturer's box, despite this, ****** put the adulterated food item in another box and send it to the customer. I contacted ****** customer service and requested a replacement and they said it was not possible but their would compensate me for the credit/rewards point and issued me an $18 on my gift card. I never received the $18 dollars on the gift card. ****** should not send obvious damaged food item, leaking, rotten, decayed through the box, placed into another box and sent to the customer, food is regulated under the FDA, obvious adulterated food should not be sent to customers as it can constitute a health risk. Purina should not sell their products through ******, the food package gets damaged and obvious adulterated food is sent to customers.

      Normally the products are great, but I just bought a 32 pack of Friskies wet food for my two cats. I was disappointed to realize multiple cans were completely layered with black mold inside if I didnt realize in time my pets could of been extremely sick :(. Feeling a little concerned on wether to give my babies the other cans.. normally Friskies is a trusted brand.. but I am feeling disappointed with my purchase and conflicted on wether I should continue to use the remaining wet food.
