    This company will hit you with a late fee for everything. And **** the person who likes to hide behind a text is horrible at customer service. More than once I was held hostage by her ignorance. If your thinking about renting from these thiefs I'd think again. Think to yourself, can I afford to be ripped off? Not in this economy. Your welcome! Zero stars if I could.

    This complaint is vague and not specific.  All late fees are charged per the lease which all tenants sign prior to occupancy and during renewal.

    They over charge people them evicted them and steal all there property and belongings. The force their tenants to pay bogus renters insurance from them. They make you pay a fee in every instance to pay your rent. They do this to mostly blacks and Hispanics

    In Reply to ******************** review, **************** as of today is behind on rent. He has been taken to court in the past for failure to pay rent and he has required financial assistance from charity's to support his residency.Addressing each complaint as follows:- Theft; All of our employees are vetted. Neither **************** nor any other tenant have ever complained about theft.- ******'s Insurance - is required by all tenants; for the protection of the Landlord and Property Manager - Processing fee. *************** prefers to pay by credit card. Our vendor collects this fee not MVPm. Should any tenant prefer to pay by Money Order, we charge a $5 processing fee - this is not uncommon in Property Management.- Blacks and Hispanics; **************** is playing, "the race card", which in my opinion is disgusting. We've employed and have been of service to a diverse ***** of Americans. - Lastly, All tenants sign the same lease. **************** renewed his lease in 2023 of his own free will - accepting the terms and conditions of that lease. If he did not like the terms of his lease, he could have moved. He can be assured that his lease will not be renewed at expiration in ****.
