      First I went to the Panera in the Airport Rd shopping center and they weren't even open even though they were supposed to be. I almost placed my order on the app which would have meant I wouldn't have been able to get my food. They I went to the one in Bethlehem on 512 and the souffle are supposed to be first come first serve but they were holding them for someone and the heavy girl at the front had an attitude for some reason. I used to love Panera when I lived by ****** but here in the ************* they ****!

      I think there is a culture issue at Panera. First, I was waiting 8 minutes while looking at two spinach and bacon kish pastries only to have them pulled out from under my nose at the very last second to fill an online order. I told the manager *********** I vas waiting there and the pastries were available at the time I walked in and its not my fault that an order was not filled on time and she should, at least give me one of them. The answer was sorry, but you will have to wait about 20 minutes for more to come out of the oven. I settled for another variety and left the store. I .was disappointed and decided to call back and try to reason with the store manager *********** and told her about my experience and that I thought she was wrong to not give me one of them and I will call corporate to complaint about it. I really wanted to get her feedback and did not intend to call corporate, but her answer to me was if thats what you need to do, go ahead and call them. So, I did. I explained the entire situation to the customer service department. When I was done, all they said was ok thank you for calling, I will make sure to report this to the branch, is there anything else I can do for you?. And thats it. No sorry, no asking for an email to offer something (I was not expecting anything).Panera does Not UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is NO ONE ELSE I can call (that I have access to) to complaint about this so my only alternative is to share my experience with the public and NEVER go back.

      Signed up for the unlimited sip club, canceled BEFORE the end of the month, but was still charged for the subsequent month. I called and talked to Panera's customer service and they flat out REFUSED to refund the charge even though I had canceled in plenty of time. Instead they tried to sell me an account credit instead. I ended up having to refute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back after Panera illegally stole it.

      I signed up for the offer of the unlimited sip club free for a month. I missed the date of renewal so was charged for another month, ok my bad, I'll use it for another month and remember to cancel it before it renews next month. 3 days before renewal I tried to cancel via the app and was unable, it wasn't an option, so I went into a Panera store and asked them to cancel it. I was told that it was not something they could do and it needed to be cancelled on the website, not the app. I attempted to cancel via the website, but again their was no option to cancel. I went under manage my subscriptions and I was able to delete my credit card but the option to cancel the subscription simply wasn't there! It is now the day my subscription renews and I call the customer service number 30 minutes after they open at 7am, central time, 5am my time. I was told the subscription already renewed and they have no way to refund me the cost of another month!! Rediculous!!

      I placed a pick up order. When it was noted as ready I picked it up. They had not included the purchased beverage, which I resolved while there. When I got home I realized they had not included the purchased pastry. I reached out to them and they would not give me refund for it. They did offer to send coupons, which never arrived. Human error happens, but they shouldnt keep money for a product they didnt provide.
