      I placed 2 curbside orders through their app on 2/15/2023. No where did it show there was a $1.00 charge for each curbside pickup, nor did the receipts show the fees. When I called the restaurant to ask why the individual amounts didn't match the totals, I was told about the new fee. It seems like they are trying to hide it, especially since they don't show it on the receipt. I like their food, but no longer trust them.

      Panera bread located in brea on south associate road has the rudest employees ever. They either hate working there or are just plain stupid kids. If there are options for sides and I ask for French baguette instead of the nasty Chiops they shouldn't be so freakong rude about giving the **** bread. If the bread was not an option then don't put in on the menu. Also for the employees they should not be so rude about giving the **** bread when we ask for it. So what is the rule about ordering it. I'm pretty sure you ask for the side when you order so why do they still give you the chips?? I really don't understand the concept of not understanding english!! Thy should hire new management to controll all their employees behaviors.

      I am so disgusted with the Panera in Stonehill, Pflugerville, Tx. the ****** was very rude and unprofessional towards my husband on Saturday. 01/18/23. I had placed an online order for the pick 2 combo where you pick a soup which is clearly listed at the top of the order sheet, I picked the soup and then went to pick the Greek salad when I noticed that I could customize the salad, so I proceeded to do so. I then added a drink and submitted my order. .my husband goes to pick my order up for me I called to remind him to not forget my drink when I noticed that the emailed receipt had my order wrong it did the Greek salad twice, 1 regular and 1 customized so I asked my husband to see if they could fix my order being that he hadn't even left the store with it, it was incorrect the associate became argumentative and refused to fix it stating it was my fault not theirs. when asked can she simply replace the non-customized salad for the cup of soup she refused stating that she would have to throw the salad out. my husband even offered to buy the soup separately and she was still very non-professional with him and told him he could leave with what he had she wasn't changing anything, so my husband became upset at this poor service, and she threatened to call the cops in which she did my husband then asked for a refund and said he no longer wanted any of the food and she refused. the police came and they couldn't understand why she wouldn't just fix the order due to the small error she then agreed to do the refund in which we got a case# to follow up on in case she didn't issue the refund. needless to say, we will not be supporting or spending at this particular location ever again. the staff member was downright rude and didn't have the customer needs in mind.

      Horrible service!!!!
      They spit in my food, and a piece of hair was in it!
      Very Ignorant and disrespectful! Would never go to this establishment if it was the last restaurant open on the block!!! They hire humans with no communication or professional skill! How are places like this still open for business?

      Location: **** ** ***** *** ****** Order Date: December 21, 2022, pick-up time 10:45am
      My job had a Christmas Party Luncheon and we chose to order from this location. Many employees never ordered from Panera Bread including myself. I put all 35 orders on a spreadsheet and I attempted to add everyone's order on the on-line. Somehow I was kicked out of the website and went into the store for further assistance. All the employees were very friendly, but I worked closely with Taylor, Alex, and Hannah. Hannah took the time to put in every since order, which included many substitutions. I created labels for each box that included the name and order for each employee, they happily added it to each box so we didn't have to guess whose was whose. When I picked up the order around 10:40am it was READY!!! Everything was boxed neatly and the checkout process was smooth.
      Many employees loved their sandwich, myself included! Everything in the box was neatly placed, and we received a generous amount of fresh food. A couple of workers informed me they ordered from Panera the next day because their sandwich was so good! I would definitely recommend Panera bread to others and I'm sure we will use them for our next catering event. We definitely got what we paid for, and then some!

      I've been trying to get a refunded for my account being compromised. Two fraudulent orders were made in two different states. One was refunded immediately that is a corporate store, but Corporate says that the other location is a franchise that needs to refund. The franchised store is telling me that Corporate needs to refund and I've been stuck in a loop for more than 3 months already. PLEASE STOP WASTING MY TIME AND REFUND THIS ALREADY.

      Panera Encino, in my opinion, are a bunch of crooks. I'm a Panera card holder and ******** member (for now) and they know nothing about **************** in my opinion. That explains why it's near empty everytime I'm there. I ordered a $4.00 cookie and asked for it to be warmed up. It doesn't take that long to warm up a cookie. I tell them I want my money back. They told me they don't give refunds. They kept my money. I'm filing a dispute with my bank next week!

      This review is a reflection on a brand ambassador company that was using Panera Bread name and branding. I’m not sure if it was legitimate. The project seemed staged and designed to frustrate. Lots of buildings were locked or lead to buildings and houses that looked like scenes from a horror film. Please notify Mr. ***** ********* about this and have him report it. Thank you!

      I ordered from the Panera website and the driver delivered ******* ******. I called Panera who instructed me to call **** ****. I called **** **** who told me they would try to re order for me and/or issue me a refund. To do this, they needed to call the Panera store. They couldn’t get in touch with anyone at Panera and told me I needed to call Panera myself to request the refund. I called Panera multiple times and my call was not answered. I never got me food and have not been able to get a refund either.
