      This roofing company did not put a big enough tarp on my roof after a tree fell on it. We had rain a few days later& I had rain running down my bedroom ceiling. I called 3xs to tell them it tarp was too small. They never called me back or they back out. I had to call another ************* said they could not believe Frederick would leave a hole in the roof. Because of them, I have more damage. They billed me an excessive amount & put a lien on my house. It was my 1st bill& not late! Terrible company!

      Everything on her bill was expressed to her during the time of service on March 8, 2025 I informed her that there would be an emergency service fee charge for same day if we had to come back out to her home. There is no lien on her home, that is not something we do.

      We have been in contact with Fredric for the last year trying to resolve a issue with the gutters that they install on
      your fellowship hall. The gutters that was taken down was one pice and they were suppose to be replace in the same manner. The gutters were not replace correctly. The gutters butt up in the middle of the run and they leak when it rain at the point of where they a jointed together. I talked with **** the project manger who said he would make it right. He kept putting of meeting with me and I called and talked with the owner but the issue was not resolved. I have no other choice but to try to get the issue resolved through the BBB. I hope that you call can assist us with this matter.

      In regards to ID ******* - 

      Please see the attachments - 1 is the signed contract and 2 letters from reputable gutter companies. 

      Please notice that the signed contract DOES NOT state that we would be installing seamless gutters as it is not possible to install gutters at that length without a seam.  Also, please reference the 2 letters from reputable gutter companies stating that seamless gutters cannot be installed over 80' in length.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      They removed gutters that covered the expanse and when I talked with **** the contactor 

      he told me that he was going to replace the gutters and they were going to be seamless.

      The gutters leak at the point where they are joined together. **** verbally said 

      he did not know why they butted the gutters at the spot. I will get a specialist 

      out there to get a second opinion. They took a full gutter down. 

      I reject the response also because it does not address the fact that the gutter

      leak at the joint.
