  Failure to take accountability following a vehicle collision involving a company vehicle. Negligent customer service, lack of cooperation, and disregard for consumer well-being.On May 2, 2025, I was involved in a traffic collision with a Frederick Roofing company truck while merging onto ******************* in ****************, ********. I was in the proper lane when their driver merged without proper clearance and struck my vehicle. Rather than pulling over or providing insurance information, the driver continued driving and exited several miles later failing to stop at the scene. Immediately after the incident, I contacted the company using the number listed on the back of the truck. I spoke with someone named *****, who confirmed the driver had returned to the business. I provided a photo of the damage as ***** requested and instead of taking accountability, I was told that because their vehicle had no visible damage, they would not be taking further action. No apology was offered. No insurance information was provided. I was left to navigate the emotional and financial fallout on my own.Despite providing clear documentation, I was met with dismissal and ************ wasnt until the ********************************** updated their report that Frederick Roofing's insurance information was finally made available well after the incident occurred.I am seeking formal acknowledgment of the company's failure to handle this situation responsibly. I would also like reassurance that they will implement better training and procedures for incidents involving company vehicles. At minimum, I request a direct response to this complaint, and I want future customers to be aware of how this ********************** chose to handle a situation that involved clear negligence and emotional harm.

  I had a terrible experience. The first time they broke the white wrap that surrounds the corners of the house. They tried to cover it up with caulk. Next time they pained half of the wrap. Nest time they fixed that kind of and broke and removed 3 slates of siding and did not offer to fix. I have to now pay another company to correct the mistakes they made. Ecstatically, where they worked looks terrible. The first visit i walked outside and overheard 1 worker made a comment to an older gentleman "That is on you". There was no full disclosure being able to admit a mistake was made.Beware...

  We did return to correct the problem. While there, the men asked the customer to come and look at the area in question (after we repaired it) and she approved the work. We did not know there were any issues after that day.

  ******* did a great job on our home, and we couldn't be happier. Very thorough from the estimate to clean up; everything was done in a very professional manner even the person who answered our first call in for an estimate. I would be very happy to recommend ******* to my family and friends for their roofing needs. And have done so already!

  Frederic did an amazing job on my roof and gutters in June 2021. I had no problems or complaints with the company. They did what they said they were going to do. I love my ***************

  I contacted several companies for a new roof, asking they not use my driveway for the work. Frederic was the only company willing to accommodate my request. From start to finish and final inspection, their team has been nothing but professional and responsive. I have had many compliments on how good the new roof looks. If I purchase another home and need a roof Frederic will be the only company I will trust.
