      I called today 10/30/23 the customer service agent was yelling at me the entire time on the phone. I asked for a supervisor and she told me the supervisor didn't want to get on the phone. This started because I called Fed Ex and Fed Ex told me to call Famous Footwear. The shoes I ordered went out for delivery on a Sunday and didn't go back for delivery today on a Wensday. Fed Ex told me that can't even see which warehouse it's at and they stated something seems fishy. The agent on the phone told me " she can send feedback to Fed Ex but she was not doing that. All she kept telling me is what Fed Ex couldn't and or should have did instead of sending the feedback I asked her too what is the problem. Famous Footwear forgot who the customer is and this agent should be fired for acting like I called her house versus a business. All she needed to do is send the feedback to ******

      I purchased gym shoes for my son on July 22, and never received notice that the shoes were available for pick up at the *******, ******** location. I called the store on July 29th and was told the shoes were there, and I could come get them. On July 31st I went to the store, the sales associate grabbed the shoes from behind the counter, she was literally able to see it in her system exactly what shoes I was picking up. The shoes were already purchased online by my credit card with the company so all I was doing was picking up. She would not allow me to leave with the shoes. Her manager ****** also did not allow me to take the shoes. She claims she can't find it in the system, but then why are the shoes behind the counter and how did you know after looking me up which shoes I was there to pick up? I tried calling customer service for assistance and was told by two associates over the phone they can see my order. I had to purchased the same exact shoes AGAIN with my credit up, use my reward points, before ****** would allow me to leave the store with them. so now I have two charges on my store card for the exact pair of shoes. No one will give me a refund. I spoke with **** in customer service and he told me I would have to call back with the receipt number and store number before he could file a complaint to the district manager because he did not believe my story. I am a single mother who is just trying to get shoes for my son. Unacceptable! I felt so humiliated in the store being treated like a liar and a thief instead of the long term customer I am.

      THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!
      They ***** up your order and NEVER become responsable, help, resolve nor refund!!
      I have never been ripped off like that! They cancel due to "lack of inventory" and never resolved never refunded my money! I had to back charge the amount!!!
      When I tried to call their "customer nightmare service line" ****** was the worst, she didn't even let me finish before she "would transfer me to another area that had my receipt" she did not even LISTEN, nor at least TRY to understand the situation. She ARGUED BACK!! OMG LITERALLY ARGUED back like a 4 year old.... Well not even my yr old does that!
      She was rude, did not resolve, did not explain did not even try!!
      A W F U L ..... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY.
      I discovered that if yo go directly to the brand of your preferences page, it is way better and they do understand and know what Customer service is!!
      CALERIS NC AND FAMOUS FOOTWATE: SAME NIGHTMARE... they probably changed the name cause they are MEAN BAD AND DISGUSTING

      Worst company and customer service ever! I ordered 2 pairs of boots exactly the same except for the size. One for my daughter size 7 and one for me size 8. Ordered online for Christmas at the beginning of dec. I kept checking the order online and it always said pending. I called 10 days after ordering and they said my order was cancelled and I should have received a email. Nope. Never got a email. Customer said I had to call them to verify my address. So I called, verified my address and was then told that I had to reorder. What a pain. So I reordered and finally received the boots. The size 8 boots were an entirely different boot than I had ordered. So phoned them again. The lady said she would email me a return label. Never got an email. So phoned 2 days later. Finally received the return label. And was told I had to reorder again. Omg. I was a first time customer and a last. Will never order from this company again and I highly DO NOT recommend not ordering from this company. I did not reorder the boots. Im done.

      I have been a long time customer of ********************'s operated by this company here in ******. Since ****. I am so ****** off with them that I actually asked them to delete my complete profile and account. They started using a third-party company ZIP ****** so that you can continue to buy non leather cheap shoes that's heavily overpriced by breaking them up into 4 equal payments. The problem arises when you return the product. Although Naturalizer will refund your money entirely, it goes to zip as this is how you paid. Zip however will hold almost half your return back. I already filed a complaint agains them as well. When you try to complain to Naturalizer, they will tell you that there is nothing they can do (even though they pay this company to to get you to spend your hard earned money) it's a third-party so contact them They never get back to you or respond to your enquire.. So you're eternally chasing your money. Scamming a s******* your customers out of money is bad business. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere that sells real leather shoes/boots that's actually made of leather and you dont have to worry about chasing after your refund. I am through with Naturalizer once and for all. I also like to warn others please do not use that ZIP payment option when you check out even if you choose to buy something from them.

      I brought shoes for a funeral they was to little for my son so I exchanged them last Monday it's been 8 days after the fact and I still haven't got money back on my card yet they giving me the run around about my money
