My husband and I went to a get rid of your timeshare meeting that too a very long time to get through. We were told constantly we were getting 3 free years of vacation just for signing up for RCS (which was a lie - ending up paying $7500, for something we never used). I spoke with the owner and ******* several times - sent all the paperwork - they wrote letters to Spinnaker and Wyndham and that was it. We spent close to $11000 with this SCAM and got nothing out of it, but terrible credit. Since they didn't take care of the timeshares our credit is shot. I have called, text, emailed everything I can think of. RCS ghosted us and there is nothing we can do about it.

Contracted with them for over 6,000 dollars to get rid of one timeshare. Twice they stated that they needed more money to continue. Almost 1000. Later they never did anything except steal my money.

I contracted with Resort Closing Services through agent/salesman ***** ******, in July 2020, at a cost of approximately $25,000. I sent in all the required documents immediately. After about 1 - 1.5 years, I was finally able to get in contact with RCS person, *******, who then crafted letters to be sent to my timeshare. Two letters were sent until I finally received a rejection letter from the resort. I sent the letter to RCS, but have had no reply in about a year, despite reaching out to them repeatedly. Now, when I call RCS, I get a message from Verizon stating, in essence, that they are unable to connect with their number. I still own my timeshare, and have not been able to access the 12,500 RCI points, as promised by the agent in the written contract. I smell a scam here!!
