    I called them 3 times and they will be down to tuckpoint the rest of my chimney. The owner came and said they will finish my chimney for $100. I have called them several times and they have yet to respond or call me back. I have seen them in my neighborhood many times. They told me that the will be to my home a couple of times and they never showed up when the said they were. He did not keep his word.

    Yes, we told her that we would come back and do the extra work for an additional $100. which has nothing to do with the original work performed. we will get back there when we have time to do the additional work which has nothing to do with the original work.

    I contracted Andre Tuckpointing to repair my front steps on September 24, 2021. I paid $416. Shortly after the repair was completed in September, I noticed excess concrete had been left around the bottom step. I contacted the company asking them to clean this up, and was told that someone would be out to finish the job. This was never done. In March of 2022, the stairs began to disintegrate. I noticed cracks forming and chunks of concrete coming off the stairs. I contacted the company asking them to repair the cracks and finish the cleanup requested in September. I was promised they would come out and do it, but the work/repair remains undone. I contacted them multiple times each month beginning in March of 2022, leaving several messages, which remained unanswered. When I did get ahold of my contact at the company on August 2, 2022, I was told they would be out within the week to do the repairs. As of today, August 11, 2022, the job and repairs remain unfinished.

    We have gone back and repaired the steps. We did this job over a year ago which has no warranty. we told this gentleman that this is not a permanent fix due to it being a ground surface.
