    I recently had a disappointing experience with River City Appliance. In short, they sold me a broken range, failed to honor their promises of a refund, and exhibited a shocking lack of integrity and honesty in their dealings.After purchasing a range from **** at River City Appliance, it became evident that the appliance was faulty. Within a week, I arranged for them to pick it up and was assured of a refund. However, what followed was a frustrating and fruitless endeavor to get my money back.Despite repeated assurances from **** at River City Appliance that the refund had been processed and a credit sent to my credit card company, no such action ever took place. My many calls consistently led to promises of action that were never fulfilled.This experience has left me deeply disappointed and disillusioned with River City Appliance. Their lack of integrity and honesty is simply appalling, and I urge potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with them.In conclusion, my experience with River City Appliance has been nothing short of a nightmare. From selling a faulty product to failing to honor promises of a refund, they have demonstrated a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and integrity.

    They delivered a bad appliance, washing machine, that leeks. When I called to let them know they said they would get back with me. I've heard they will get back with me 10 times and they will not return my call. Do not trust doing business with these people!
