    Really no stars. I just bought my pickup truck last December. It's a 2024 and had 12 miles on it. I purchased an extended warranty from my dealership. This company keeps sending me official looking mail stating that my warranty is running out. So I called them. I got the most arrogant man on the phone who behaved secretly. When bullying me didn't work, he got rude and uncooperative. He wouldn't give me any information about what they're offering instead tried to make me feel stupid. ******* Toplen was his name. What initially gave me pause is the company name is in small print at the bottome of the letter.

    ***** was very thorough about my options. Im currently in a financial hardship with being on disability and the economy but she was able to work out a deferment to next month with a $40 lowered bill. shes very courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you
