    I started getting letters in the mail about my warranty running out claiming I agreed to purchase when buying my vehicle. The letters never once mentioned a word about WHO I was receiving the letters from! I called them and they wanted my information and I told them I wasn't giving them anything until I knew who the heck I was even talking to! They still wuldnt tell me so I hung up on them. They will not stop sending me spam letters in the mail!

    The sales *** I spoke with was very informative, knew all the answers the boat load of questions that I asked and stayed patient. Then later when I had to make a claim on my window motor customer ********************** walked me through the process and the claim was paid quickly. Only company I'll use for my cars.
