      I have been generally very happy with Like New through many repairs over the last 3 years that we've been covered. A recent work order has been problematic, and I've been really frustrated. Today a customer service representative by the name of *****. helped me, and he was fantastic. He took the time to really understand the details of my situation so he could take the best action. He deserves a spot bonus!

      The company’s warranty is a great asset to my home purchase so far! We’ve had a few minor issues since purchasing the warranty, but nothing that hasn’t been able to be resolved so far! I would recommend to family and friends
