      I went to Midwest eye associates to purchase contact lenses. I had an eye exam and I ordered eight boxes of contact lenses. I gave them my insurance information. I was told my insurance information did not work. I was charged almost $900, it is now June 8th and I still have not received my contact lenses and no one seems to know what is going on when I call.

      This complaint was made on 6/8/23. On 6/9/23 the office manager contacted the patient and processed their refund over the phone. It was explained that many contact lenses were backordered at this time and that was why there was a delay in shipping the product. The patient said they understood and were satisfied with the refund.
