    We paid Don ******************** $3,250 and had a contract drawn up in August of 2022. He had excuse after excuse that the liner never came in and we had to wait until Spring of *********************** the meantime, there was no cover and now the pool Crete is powder. We chased him around since Spring and still dont have a pool liner. This man is dishonest and a thief. We hired a lawyer to send him a letter and he was supposed to return the funds within 7 days. Its been more than 2 weeks and he is now saying he doesnt have the money. We are now getting ready to *** him. We have gotten several bids recently and they range from $15k to $25k. We have found out that he should have did the pool crete and then ordered the liner so clearly he doesnt have a clue to what needed to be done. I would not recommend anyone use him for anything! Run!!!!!

    We paid a deposit of 1/2 the cost of a new pool liner August 2022. He said he would install before closing pool in November. He constantly had excuses of not coming over to measure to order the liner. Then he said he ordered liner but it wasn't coming in. We were patient and kind to him. We then had to close pool with no new liner. He then promised that he would put liner in on first warm days of March and start prepping even in February. This did not happen. He kept saying he would come over and would NOT communicate to us his plan. We had to constantly call him. When we would ask to see the liner that he said he ordered in the fall...he would not show us. When it got to mid April and he still wasn't working on our pool, not showing us the liner that he said he ordered....we asked for our money back. He did finally bring our money back....which took many phone calls/when he didn't show up when he said he was going to. When he brought over the check...he did not apologize to us...just handed us the check. (He would have never given us our money back...if he had ordered the liner). It's been horrible to work with this man....horrible communication....not being honest and very unprofessional! Would not recommend anyone using Coleman Pools.
