      If you or your spouse are black, dont waste your time with this mess. *********************** (property manager) was really cool with me until he realized I was dating a black woman (Im white). As soon as he saw her he started messing with me and hasnt stopped since. Hes made degrading comments regarding her and has even called the cops on her because she was parked in the parking lot. Hes tried everything to get us out.Now today I get a letter in the mail with a 60 day notice to forfeit the lease agreement. When calling him to demand an explanation he said that I have had enough lease violations that they wont renew the lease (violations were never part of the letter or anything that was communicated to me). When I asked what were my violations, he laughed and mocked us and also couldnt give any examples. I understand you dont need to explain why but its just a common courtesy to be up front and truthful with someone, especially a tenant. Now, were put in a financially threatening position ultimately because he doesnt like my fianc, and cant explain why. What does that sound like? Im not sure what his deal is but he couldve had a stable $700 per month with nothing to worry about but instead he went out of his way to make our lives ****, and now we have to try and figure out how to survive in one of the worst economies this country has seen since the Great Depression.

      ********************* lease is not being renewed because of the following violations.1. All tenants over the age of 18 must fill out an application first ( and pass a background and credit check) his girlfriend failed to do this before she moved in and not all information was satisfactory 2. No pets are allowed unless they are certified emotional support animals ***** His girlfriend moved in without filling out an application and also with an animal. The *** document they submitted was dated the day after we talked and I discovered the. *** document was online from a doctor in ******* (according to the license #.) that neither one of them has seen, This does not qualify as *** certified.3. No unlicensed or disabled cars are allowed on the parking lot. Both ****'s and his girlfriends car were (and the last time checked) unlicensed.4. Parking is very limited at these apartments, so with the exceptions of a few long term tenants, all guest must park their car on the street. **** and Crown Property had a verbal agreement of this. His girlfriend (as a guest) continually violated this.5. To summarize, There were never any degrading comments, The dog is not *** certified. Unlicensed vehicles, and parking violations are the reasons his lease not being renewed.
