They did a great job and my floors look new again. I would highly recommend them if you need any tile and or grout cleaning. The tech was nice and easy to talk with. He explained everything he was doing and when he finished he explained how we should care for the floor.The Grout Medic of Greater St. Louis

*********** recommended the Grout Medic to us. What a great recommendation! We had a significant leak from poor caulking around our tub, and The Grout Medic fixed it. ************** also repaired some grout on our painted tile, and he was so careful, that we will not need to repaint. He was also pleasant and neat and tidy too. I was so pleased that I asked for an estimate on all of our other bathrooms, and they will be back in a few weeks.The Grout Medic of Greater St. Louis

Timely, clean, and friendly customer/technician service. Assessed the job remotely and reviewed it well with the homeowners prior to starting the job. Provided additional assurance given their warranties, and ensured the homeowners knew how to take care of the purchased products following service. Grout Medic sent technician **** to our home to steam clean and seal the grout on our kitchen tile floor. He arrived promptly and explained the procedure to me. Then he began to do the work in a professional, skilled manner. Once he completed the job, he cleaned up and asked if there were any questions. Then he gave me instructions for maintenance and care. The floor looks decidedly brighter and cleaner. I am very pleased with the work that Grout Medic did and would definitely recommend their services.The Grout Medic of Greater St. Louis

**** the owner came out for the estimate and was extremely knowledgeable about tile flooring. ******* and ******* did the work and they were terrific. They are extremely hard workers who did an excellent job. Our floors look AWESOME! Try this company they take pride in their work and they do excellent work.The Grout Medic of Greater St. Louis
