I recently had work done to repair and seal my shower. The cost was $917. For that price the technician cleaned the shower, caulked some edges, sealed the shower and put vinegar and baking soda in the drain to clear the weep holes. So, the materials cost is negligeable. Not only was the grout not repaired, loose grout was not even removed before it was sealed over. The portion under the bench and problem area was not cleaned either. There was even grout in the main area that seemed to be the issue that was just still sitting loose and not even caulked over. What a bummer to pay all that money and the job which requires no special skills was not done well. After supplies, I think paid about $400 an hour (if tech was there for 2 hours?) for a subpar job requiring no special skills. I reached out to the company a couple weeks ago and heard nothing back. I will say communication was great on the front end and very nice people to work with but nothing on the back end if there is an issue, apparently. I also think grout medic is a pretty misleading name when they don't appear to to anything to the actual grout except clean and rub sealent on it.The Grout Medic of Greater St. Louis

January 2023.The gentleman who came for the initial estimate educated me on the entire process and the need for resealing the grout.The gentleman who did the work was on time, polite, knowledgeable and efficient.The finished job looked great.The price was fair.I would have resealed the grout-tile years ago had I known how much easier cleaning the shower stall would be!I recommend the company.The Grout Medic of Greater St. Louis
