      I order 97.28$ worth of in memory decal stickers from this company on March 30th 2025 for my best friend who passed away unexpectedly. I bought these and also had friends and family send me money and order them as well. It’s now June 16th and still no stickers. Come to find out the company closed and has turned into a scam after reading reviews. I have ordered in memory decals for my brother who passed away for friends and family and myself from this website multiple times with no issues and got them fast so I had no reason to check reviews or question this website. I used Venmo to pay and I’m trying to dispute to get the money back so I can order from a different honorable website. But Venmo won’t give me my money back cause they need more evidence I’m not sure what else I can give as I have called this company multiple times (it rings then sends to “customer service” VM. You email through their website so I have no proof I’ve been emailing them this whole time with no response. But if you look at reviews I’m not the only one they’ve done this to and this is sickening that they are profiting off peoples losses loved ones. Their website is still up and running and providing “Memorial Day specials” and saying their “on back order” and will be sending out on “Monday May 12th 2025 but other customers order in November 2024 and have the same issues as me. Venmo isn’t helping me either as I’ve tried for months with them to and their just as horrible as this company. I’m begging for someone to help me get this resolved so I can order my In memory stickers for my best friend of 20+ years. An amazing women who left behind 2 young girls and a lot of people who loved her. I just need this website to be shut down so no one can order through them and get scammed like me

      February 26, 2025 was the order date. They charged my card twice for the order which was $45.96 so they owe me $91.92. They have never sent me the product nor will they return any correspondence that I have sent to them. I don't understand how a business is allowed to continue operating. I see several reviews on Google with people with the same issues. I have left numerous messages on their website and left numerous voice mails. Nothing back from them at all. I don't. The order number given was Order: **********.. It shows this In-Memory-Decals.net but when you click it takes you to Decal Underground.

      I placed an online order with Decals Underground on January 29, 2025 for an In-Memory decal. My card was charged on February 7th for $20.98. To date, March 21, 2025 I have not received my order. The order status still says it will be reviewed so it hasn't even been processed yet when the shipping was 1-2 days from receipt of order. I have called and left numerous messages and sent several emails with no response. At this point, I just want a refund. Order #**********

      On Feb. 10, 2025, I made a purchase at **************** in the amount of 94.75. That amount was charged to my account and withdrawn. I have never received a confirmation of purchase, tracking information or account information. I have called multiple times, left messages and emailed the company with no response.

      Terrible Communication and Unresponsive Service

      I placed an order three weeks ago and still haven’t received a confirmation email. Despite reaching out over ten times via phone and email—leaving voicemails and messages—there has been no response. I’m beginning to wonder if this company is even operational. This experience is completely unacceptable, especially since I have a customer eagerly awaiting his product. The entire process has been a massive headache, and all I want is to receive what our client paid for. I will never do business with this company again.

      I placed an order with this company on January 3,2025 and have not received my order or any updates regarding my purchase. I have tried contacting them several times by both phone and email and have received no response back.

      After going online and reading the reviews I see that this is a pattern for this company and that they have done this to several other people.

      I ordered a Specialized decal for my car and memory of my grandfather back on November 8. I have yet to receive my order. It’s almost been 30 days, I have emailed them on the website asking about my order and when I’m going to receive it with my order confirmation number.

      Then a week later have not received anything, so I called them and left voicemails. Also have not heard anything back regarding the status of my order as to when I will receive it.


      It has been cost to 30 days, and I Have checked my bank statement and it shows that the payment was taken out for this order and I’ve called them.

      Emailed them reply back to the email confirmation. If you guys could help me figure this out I would gratefully appreciate it.

      I ordered my decals 11/13/2024 and it just keeps telling me this order has been received and will be reviewed by our techs shortly there's no update nothing it said i should have it in 5 to 7 business days and still no update at all my decals I had order are vary special its for my girls uncle david and her grandpa that has passed away to cancer and it has their pitcher and i would really love to get my two decals i paid and ordered

      I would like the company to send me the product I had ordered and paid for. I tried calling multiple times and emailing. Read other reviews and the company has not sent out the product to others as well.
