      I have order from them twice before in 2020 and 2023 and had no problem was delivered in 1 of 2 days. I ordered this time in May 2025 and no response I email and no response will request my money back.

      Placed an order on April 23, 2025. The website stated "most custom orders ship in 1-2 days". I received no order confirmation. On April 28, 2025 I was charged for my order. A month later, I contacted them via a form on their website asking about the status of the order and received no response. Another month later, In mid-June, I contacted them again through the web form stating I wanted the order canceled and I wanted a refund. I received no response. On June 23, 2025 I initiated a fraud claim with my bank. My bank notified their bank of the fraud claim on June 25. On June 27, I received an email from them stating my order had shipped.

      Do not do business with this company, they are fraudulent and you're likely to not get your money, or your product unless taking action against them.

      If GLARESTOPPER & DECALUNDEROUND really exist as more than websites which share the same address and contact info, you will receive nothing more from them than confirmation of your order. Zero communication! Repeated email and phone contacts are ignored, but they surely collect your payment quickly. More than a month and I'm still waiting, BEWARE! Their failure to produce may border on interstate fraud, or at least a petty scam.

      I order 2 weeks ago for my son who lost his best friend. Company hasn’t shipped, answered or responded to calls . I want my money back

      I placed an order with this company and 3 weeks later I have not received my product. Their website states "ships within 1-2 business days". I have contacted the company 4-5 times through their website contact form and once via phone. No return contact from this company. Their customer service is trash. I have requested a refund due to their lack of fulfilling my order in the time promised. They have failed me in every aspect of their business.
