I paid them almost $800 to put a new u joint and drive shaft in my truck. I got the truck back on Tuesday that Friday morning the drive shaft fell out of the truck in **************. They said theyd pick it up and fix it if their work was at fault. They never picked it up. Over 3 weeks they lied multiple times about their tow truck being broke down but when called from another number they agreed to tow a vehicle proving truck wasnt broken. Then said theyd go fix it there and never did. Then stopped answering our calls. We finally had it towed to their shop and the following day they sent pictures of the bottom of the truck where it showed a rusted frame cracked. The pictures proved the frame had been cracked for a very long time by the rust and wear on it. They said thats why the drive shaft fell out. They had first when it initially happened said it fell out because it hadnt been balanced which they never mentioned needed done and we didnt know anything about it, but now to get out of repairing their faulty work they blamed the frame. They had out the driveshaft in the truck with that frame cracked but now wouldnt repair it because of the frame. They did nothing but rip off a 81 yr old couple of $800 without a bit of remorse. We still a month later have no vehicle to go to my cancer treatment appointments and have missed 4 so far. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general this morning and now you. I hope if nothing else this will warn others about this business and save future people from being robbed and left without transportation by these lowly type people running this establishment. Please go anywhere ride but there you will regret doing business with them immediately. Heed my warning do yourself a favor save your money and your sanity and just go to a different repair and towing service to start with. I can guarantee you it will save you money and mental anguish by choosing another place to do your business with to begin with. Seriously.

The vehicle stated in the complaint is a *** Canyon. The orginal reason for the vehicle to be repaired was for the u joint to be replaced in the truck because it fell out after ************************* (owner of vehicle's son) replaced it.  The customers was in a hurry and did not allow us to perform a 12 point inspection on the vehicle like we do with every vehicle. A week later *************************** (the owner of the vehicle) calls to tell me the u joint fell out of the truck again in ************** approximately 30 minutes north of *********  At the time, my tow truck was down and I asked the customer if she could have her insurance drop it off. The following Saturday the vehicle is sitting at the shop whenever I arrive.  We pulled the vehicle in, and the first thing we did is perform a 12 point inspection on the vehicle.  We first checked the undercarraige of the *** Canyan.  The u joint did not fall out of the truck, the frame of the truck was so rusted, the frame fell apart, and the rear end fell out.  I called **** to inform her of what we found, the customer then states that she knew the frame was rusted but not that bad because it would not pass a state inspection.  The person that made the complaint, is actually ******************************* daughter in law.  *** spoke to **** on several occasions, and I still communicate with her about the vehicle, **** understands the situation and states that her daughter in law takes it upon herself to do stuff like this without their permission.  **** is actively working on getting the vehicle to a body shop to have the frame replaced.

The vehicle in question is old. When he brought it in he needed power steering replaced, and we did. We noticed a transmition leak and fixed it up, we replaced the lines. The gasket got replaced and it still leaked, we thought it was weird and investigating. There we problems one after another, old vehicles can cause a snow ball effect, all of which we have clarified to this client. We have gone so far as to provide free service of replacement parts on this vehicle because we wanted to help. There isn't much more we can offer besides what we have already.

The girlfriend brought the truck up here for services to the truck, the truck was left up here for 6months and we requested proof of owner ship and we were only going to charge him $1000 instead of the $6000.00 for storage fees.
