    First they told me my car would be done on a Friday. Then Friday they said Saturday. Then Saturday they said monday. I Had my car taken to them due to a bad oil filter housing. When I got the car back home, it would not start. While looking under the hood, I found that they left a rag in my engine bay. When called, they told me I their work didnt have anything to do with not starting. And all they could say about the rag was sorry. What if it would have messed my car up? Or worse, caught fire with my 8 month old daughter in the car?

    Took Jetta TDI in on Sept. 1st and called 3 or 4 times to check to see if got ahold of the warranty after diagnoses, didn't find out anything until the 15th that they would not cover, since it was just the cam sensor, we told them to give price on fixing with a new timing belt (quote was ******), Called 10 days later was told VW sent wrong belt, would have new one by 4 pm. So I called again on Oct 2 since they didn't call me, this is a good habit of the women that run office ( either don't call back, or don't call at all). Told me care would be done Friday the 6th, they know we live in Ky and they are in Mo.Got there on the 6th there were 2 women in there and 3 men and 2 at the door after entering the business. Knew something was up, I was right the price had gone up because they said needed a belt tensioner to start, told them didn;t authorize it, and the head mechanic said can take it off, she said she could lock in the cage if I didn't want to pay. Meanwhile one of the mechanics thinks he being sneaky by getting the keys and going outside like he is going to lock the car in the fence, so my husband follows him, and tells him you are not going to lock it in the fence, head mechanic come inside saying he is threatening me, call police, my husband didn't threat him. Told the office manager I would call the police if she didn't get her employees under control, my husband and I are in our 60s and felt threatened by 5 men and 2 women yelling and threatening to lock the car in the fence, so paid the bill, and ask for owners number, she gave me the receipt but no number for the owner, so when I call they don't answer because of caller ID. DON'T GO TO THIS BUSINESS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
