      It scratched the h*** out of my car and dented the top part of it Cant never get a hold of nobody called the customer service to cancel it to where they dont take the money out of my card anymore and get a refund and have them pay for the damages that did to my car. I am very upset because my car was new. It didnt have any scratches or dents.

      ****** - We appreciate you contacting us, however, we don't have any record of you filing a claim at the location. That is the protocol. Return to the location where they can do a thorough investigation. We have no record of your claim so we assume that has not been done as of yet. No different than the insurance company, we will want to review all camera footage of your visit, take photos and allow management to review to see what, if anything, happened while onsite. Please return to the ******** location and they will file the claim. This needs to be done during the day. Thank you. Blue iguana Management

      Broken equipment! Drove a brand new car through the car wash, noticed mini scratches all over the car’s body. Tried to contact management, they called back few days later , telling there is nothing wrong with car wash. Very disappointed. I don’t recommend.
