Company claimed that the first visit is free.
I went to this office due to some dental issues I was experiencing and provided insurance information.
After they did an exam, they informed me that the procedure was going to cost a few thousand dollars, which I then opted to decline due to the cost.

Now several months later, they are pestering me for money and saying that I owe for the visit despite them originally saying the first visit is free and having provided insurance info.

August 2021 I went to this facility to get upper and lower dentures. They charged billed my insurance $3500.00 and also charged me $3500.00. They had to put in 2 anchors on the bottom jawline and still the dentures did not fit properly. This company promised to fix all the issues at no cost to me, now almost a year later I still do not have my dentures. They refuse to let me speak to the doctor, or to allow me to schedule an appointment without first giving them my new insurance information. They have already been paid for the dentures, promised to correct the issues at no charge to me, so why would I need updated insurance information. I do not trust they will not bill my insurance yet again for services they should cover at no cost. I do not have teeth, and the anchors are causing issues and sores.
