Had to order parts for a 25 year old Pilates machine. Was politely assisted by ****** - both by email and by phone. Great experience, very professional and the parts and shipping were reasonably priced. Thanks Stamina Products. Great customer service.

I have had a Stamina Pilates Reformer (Premier XP) for many years. It has got a lot of use over probably 20 years. Today Felicia was a great help in identifying and ordering just the replacement parts I needed. She was friendly, patient, and professional.Stamina Products Inc.
