Fantastic customer service. ******* helped me from the start, when I was shopping and needed the folded dimensions of the Wonder Exercise bike.
Upon assembly, we had an issue with the pedals. After submitting pictures for her to see and discussion of how we attempted to attach them, I was told I would receive new pedals on Nov 10 in an email and received them on Sunday, Nov 13.
The courtesy and speed of replies as well as the replacement parts is generally unheard of in these days of logistical issues and staffing.
I purposely purchased this item from Target as the initial contact was so fast, I expected good service thereafter. But this more than met my expectation.
Now... we'll see how I do on the bike. New pedals to be attached in the next days.

I bought the In Motion elliptical machine and had it for around eight months. One of the wheels disintegrated. I called the ***** line and spoke with two very professional and responsive customer service ********* less than a week we figured out my model number and had two replacement wheels delivered and changed on my machine. It feels like its ***************. One of my best customer services experiences ever.Stamina Products Inc.

I got a broken inmotion elliptical machine, nothing more than cosmetic, but they replaced the whole things with ease. Didn't even make me go through the hassle of returning the broken one.I appreciate that so much, and more companies need to be like this.Stamina Products Inc.

One of the reasons my husband and I bought a Stamina exercise bicycle was because of the strongly positive reviews by other customers.... and we certainly agree with them. We love the bike. It's exactly what we were looking for... it exercises both legs and arms and has a timer. When we first got it and put it together we had trouble with some noise from the arm exerciser but the customer support we got to fix it was outstanding... truly remarkable and something you unfortunately don't always see these days. I ordered new tension cords and two were defective. I called customer service and spoke to ****** who was Very friendly and attentive!! She had new cords shipped out which I received in a couple of days. Great customer service!!!Stamina Products Inc.

My Airgometer bike was making a clicking sound after assembly. It was determined that there was a bad bearing inside the pedal crank. ******** service agent 4 was so incredibly helpful through the whole process of ascertaining the problem and ultimately sending a replacement bike. This level of customer service is just so rare these days. I would not hesitate to buy a Stamina product knowing they stand behind them 100%. Thank you so much!Stamina Products Inc.
