My wife and I recently got married on April 29, 2023. We paid $1,189.90 for floral services for our wedding. We have a contract with them as well. They didn't show up to our wedding and ghosted us for weeks. They finally got back to us and said they would refund the money. They, however, never refunded us, and we opened a dispute with our bank. The bank pulled the money back from them, but then Fin and Olive charged our account without our permission and took it out of our account to take the money back. They then tried asking for our card number and expiration date saying they needed that for the refund, but as someone that has worked around finance, I know you don't need that info and that they were trying to steal more money. You can also call our bank or our day of coordinator for proof. Central Bank ************ | Cue the Confetti Wedding Planning: ************

May 26, 2022 I signed a contract with Finn and Olive Floral for my daughters wedding on 4/22/2023(original date). The deposit was $1318 which was paid upon signing the contract. Per contract the balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding date. June 26, 2022 our wedding planner received an email from Autumn stating we were passed due with the balance. This should have been my first inkling that something was off with this business. I responded to ****** via email asking if there was a mistake regarding balance due, she never replied to my email. Fast forward to August 2022, the wedding date had to be changed. Our wedding planner sent an email to confirm if **** and Olive would be available for the new wedding date 13 months later which is September 2023. We didnt hear back from them on the new wedding date and had no updated contract. So by all intents they have our wedding date as 4/2022. We werent too concerned at this point because the date is so far out. As things are getting closer, I sent a message via their instagram account to connect with ******. She replied asking for my phone number stating someone would call me. I responded with my phone number. That was the last contact *** had from her. Over the last month I have sent numerous messages via email and instagram with no response. The last communication our wedding planner had with ****** was that she attached a cancellation notice to the link of the original email with the contract. We no longer have access to that link because it comes up expired when we try it. This was communicated to her by the wedding planner. We are now approaching the original wedding date and still no response to our emails and phone calls are being forwarded to a voicemail box that is full. She did nothing for us but take our money and tried to collect more. She owes us a refund.

Paid $2,889.84 dollars for Finn and olive florals to be my florist at my wedding. They showed up to the venue with half of the flowers paid for. They flowers that showed up we're green and some were old and wilted. Thus, not everything was there. Missing 2 centerpieces for my isle, 2 centerpieces for my gift table and so on... the manager acknowledged this and said she would give me $389.11 refund for now and the owner autum will contact me to finish the refund further. (My wedding was on 9.24.2022) it is now December and they have blocked my #, my ********* and my instagram. My husbands # is blacked along with other family. They owe me bare minimum $1500 for what was not there. I'm so sad that I even had to make my own bridesmaids bouquet along with my own and I had to go buy more flowers to have enough for both. So I'm out over $3,000. I just want what I paid for back.
