    Absolutely disappointed. We paid almost $4,000 for wedding florals. The florist was not easy to communicate with and did not come to our venue walk through, which was not communicated to ** until hours before. Bridal party florals had fall leaves in them, which I had distinctly stated I did not want in previous consultations, and were slightly wilted upon arrival. We had paid for greenery to be hung in the rafters of our wedding venue and exchanged numerous inspiration pictures that I was told were realistic for our venue. The florist hung a few branches, very underwhelming, especially for what we paid. Finally, the florist forgot two table arrangements and has not responded to multiple requests for a refund.

    We hired ****** to provide the florals for our daughter’s wedding. We paid her over $3500. ****** knew that my daughters main focus of all of the florals, especially her bouquet, was to be fresh peonies. Unfortunately, none of the table arrangements were the sizes they were supposed to be and none of the peoples were fresh. Very disappointing. We tried for weeks to get ahold of her, but she either wouldn’t respond to our texts messages or wasn’t available when she said she would be for a phone call.
