  I've personally used Structo on several occasions with great results. The owner was informative and pleasant to talk with. I would use them again on any future properties with foundation issues.

  We used Structo, Jan, 2021, for another home, due to low cost and recommendation of our realtor. All went well. Fall 2021, we asked them to evaluate our home and they told us some areas to watch and call them if they worsen. We called Nov 2022. Nov 29, 2022, **** *******, Foreman, came to review our home. Gave us an estimate to fix. He asked if we wanted to be put on work schedule, which would be at least 1 to 1.5 months out. We said yes we accept the estimate and want on the schedule. Feb 21, 2023, we left message asking about schedule with **** ****, Owner and **** *******, no response. March 6, March 16, March 20, left messages, no response. April 6 sent email to company, no response. They are very good about making that first connection and coming out, but then they leave you hanging.....no contact. We have other people waiting for repairs to structure to be done so they can work inside our home. Sadly, Structo will not respond to us, even it they no longer want the job; or honor their estimate and promise to fix. We guess we will have to find another foundation contractor and begin from square one.

  I should have posted this 2 years ago when the incident below occurred. I left a Google review at the time but missed the BBB website, my fault. To date, no response. In fall of 2020, I used Structo to provide a quote on a residential project. I was buying the house and wanted to get an idea what repairs would be. They drew up the quote and I bought the house. After buying, I could get no response regarding scheduling the job. I called several times, getting the same promise that they would pass it on etc. This quote was used to adjust the price of the house; the house cost was lessened by the amount of the quote. Later I gave up and had ********** ******** come out, who told me that what was quoted would be physically impossible to perform given the location of the project on the house. Also the actual work specified on the quote was quoted at a cost that was significantly less than what I had been told (by a trusted individual who had used their services before) such work normally cost them to do. I feel like there was serious dishonesty involved in that quote, especially given that no one would get back to me about it. It appears that all they did was a hasty, inaccurate quote to get the house sold and then ignore anything else about it. Make your own judgement, but it reflects poorly on a business when that's how they treat customers.
