    They are only getting one star because isn't an option. They have been told multiple times to pick up their cart and they have not. We got tired of waiting weeks to months for our trash to be dumped.

    Trash hasn't been picked up in 4 weeks. Been with their service for 15 plus years. There was another time they had a problem. I suppose with a *********** stuck with them, but their phone won't even dial up. They could at least let customers know if they are having troubles or going out of business. I will wait till next Monday, my street's pick up day, if there is no result, I will change service this time. Hate to, but like i said, couldn't even phone them.

    I have used ***** Refuse for 24 years at my current address & 12 years at my previous address. But I will no longer use them. They have not picked up my trash for 3 weeks. In the past they had occasions to be a few days late but never for even a week. I have called & left messages several times but they havent returned my calls. Sorry that they dont have a clue about running a business.

    I began using their services in 2018. They did pick up almost every week. But starting in 2021 they would pick up every two weeks. They never answered why the change happened. Then in 2022 I never new when they would show **, sometimes every three weeks. Now in 2023 and it's ***** they have only picked it up three times this year. They haven't picked it ** in over a month now. Now I'm going to another company.

    I am going on week 3 with no trash pickup and the weather is getting warm. I try calling and constantly getting a busy signal. What is my next step? I just want the trash picked up along with the trash can, because Im canceling the service and having to use another company
