    Sent letter April 28, 2023 canceling service, asking for refund. Have called 3 times. Have requested them to mail 7 months refund and come to pick up cart, no response!

    Last almost 2 months our trash hasn't been picked up. I have seen and been told by others they have been picking up trash. As well as there vm recording had stated that trash service had went back to normal roughly 2 weeks or so ago. I have called and left multiple vm with no call back. I just want the trash and can picked up. We have went else were with out business for trash service. We are paid up to date on our trash as well.

    I paid for a year's worth of trash service the beginning of January, 2023. I stopped getting trash pickup the middle of March. I tried calling the business non-stop for 6 weeks. Phone either rang all day, was busy all day or the answering machine picked up. Multiple messages left were never responded to. I finally had to find out from the city that their work truck was down. I'm requesting a refund of money from March to December 2023 as I have already secured another company. Additionally, I have continued to make multiple phone calls for them to pick up my dumpster but no calls are returned. Any help resolving this would be appreciated.

    My trash has NOT been picked for 6 weeks. I have tried to call them but get nothing but a busy signal. I pay for 3 months of service at a time and they have cashed the check.

    Paid for trash services 3 months at a time. They have not picked up my trash in 3 weeks. I called to make sure they received my check and that it hasnt been lost. They confirmed they had. The check has been cashed. Today is trash day and yet again my trash was not picked up. I continue to pay for trash services I am not received. Im not the only one. If you check out the Yelp reviews, hundreds of people in Springfield are having the same issue. Paying for services they havent received. I would like a refund for the services I paid for ******June $45.00 so I can take my business else where. I didnt receive in trash pick *** and April and would like a refund for that month along with the months I paid in advance. They will not answer my calls or return calls even though Ive left a v/m.

    Beginning 5 weeks ago, ( last week of March to present ) ***** Refuse in ***********, ** has not picked up the weekly garbage collection. Me ******************************************* & my next door neighbor at ************************************************* hasn't had his picked up either. As well as the service at the ***************** located at *************************. The ************ prepaid for a years worth of service. There has been no notice from company and when called there is no answer.

    My trash has been sitting out in front of my house for 2 months and No one has ever came to pick it up. I had to pick up trash myself and strap the lid down so trash didn't blow all over the street.  I have tried to resolve this by calling them but my trash is still not picked up.

    We have paid for our weekly service until July. On March 22 we put out our trash like normal the night before. But they didnt pick it up. We thought not a big deal this has happen before, but then it was the same thing the next week and the week after. The message on their machine says they are running behind and to leave it by the road. 3 weeks not picking up for a house of 4 is a lot of trash. I final did get ahold of someone for them to tell me their truck was broke down and they are having a hard time getting it fixed. I asked what are they doing to get this pick up and they said they are running a pick up truck which why it taking so long. I stressed again can I get ours picked up and asked if my July bill would be reduce since their service has not be upheld, I was told no we dont do that. Week 4 still no pick up, called and it was the same message. So I called around and got another service which cost me a extra $54 dollars on top of what I had paid ********* I called ***** back and go a hold of someone and said I canceling my service and I would like a refund since I already paid to July, they said they would call me back. No call waited two days called them back, when talking they asked how much of a refund and I said ***** (like this shouldnt be my job). The lady said how you get that amount. Three months April-June = $45 and add $7.50 since half of the service wasnt done in March. then I got Ill call you back. Still no call and they still havent came and got their trash can or refunded me the money I paid them for their service. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they have not clue how to run a business or have any structure. And if they only have one trash truck then they are taking on to much business for that one truck.
