    dont ever use Carsten Auto Glass in Springfield !!!! Went In To have a chip in my windshield fixed - they ended up scratching my windshield and told me you could barely see it .... they didnt charge me to fill the chip and I was in a hurry to get out of there (my mistake ) This scratch is an inch wide and VERY noticeable ! Then we get down the road on our way to ****** and hear something. Come to find out they either didnt install my trim piece back on properly or didnt put it back on at all (don't know which ) but it's gone !! We called them to complain about the scratch and the trim and they just blew ** off and said they can't do anything about it. New trim piece is $75! Absolutely ridiculous and a terrible way to do business !!! I get accidents happen (we are all human ) but as a business you need to own up to your mistakes and take care of the customer ! Find somewhere else to go people -- because this is some terrible business ethics!!!
